Last fall to purchase four pounds of chicory and found wholesale quantities of 100# bags of roasted ground chicory too much for my needs. The woman on your phone referred me to her retail source online, and from there it was easily done. Quick UPS delivery, nicely packaged in four one-pound bags.

I ordered the Darjeeling and Jasmine teas. They were great. Buying in bulk is nice and it lasts awhile. My last order was July and I am now just needing to order more.

I mistyped my address and did not realize it until the package was shipped back to Monterey. Called them and we got it fix out and product reshipped quickly.

Many of the organic powdered herbs I want are not available on a regular basis: Cranberry and Gotu Kola haven't been available for a long time and I've been forced to buy them elsewhere, which I'd rather not.

I've used them for both herbal teas for friends, and myself. I've also used their products in bath salts and scrubs I make. They have a much better selection, an easy checkout, and the prices are far better than other sites I've used.

I'm starting up a team business for custom blended teas and I have placed multiple orders. I love how many base ingredients you supply and the grouping of the tea in the store. Shipping times are excellent and I an very satisfied with the quality.

My one note is when coming through the site to do a bulk order there is at least 1-2 out of stock and I lose the minimum free delivery and have to pay additional just for the 1-2 ingredients I needed.

I was having issues with mailing versus shipping address; called and my problem was corrected in short order. This is my third order from Monterey Bay; their awesome customer service matches the quality of their herbs. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Seems like each time I try to order, there's always something that's out of stock. That being said, what have ordered is top notch quality.

Been ordering from HerbCo for years. Never been disappointed. Everyone should have the Cold and flu brew in their home medicine cabinet. It's the fur thing I reach for if I feel like I'm getting sick. It helps every single time. Excellent blend.

Otherwise, I will continue to make these product items purchases. And buying from Monterey Herb Co. In the future. Happy about this transaction overall.

Descriptions of horsetail were spot-on. Product was just as described when I received it. Used for oil infusion - topical, not culinary.

The delivery was quick. I drink a lot of hibiscus tea - I use about a pound of hibiscus leaves every month. I also have been using a lot of dried ginger in my tea and I get that from them as well. Even after paying for shipping you can save a lot over any other supplier of these products (e.g. Amazon).
