Easy to and search ou tof some things
Some years back I ordered a bunch of the organic hibiscus tea bags, I think about 10 pounds worth, LOL! I drink the tea daily over ice sweetened with pure stevia extract. I've even added fruit like fresh local strawberries and made popsicles! This summer I'm planning to make some hibiscus sorbet and ice cream. I kept the unopened bags in a sealed vacuum container and it was just as fresh and fragrant as the day I bought it. I am a big fan of your products.
Now I'm ordering yerba mate and rosehip tea to make my own blends. I use 16 tea bags per gallon of tea, and plan on combining the teas and experimenting with the resulting flavors

I came home from work expecting to receive my package on June 25th. I received multiple Amazon orders that day but no delivery from UPS-Monterey Bay Herb Co. Once I checked my email, I see there was an email from UPS that my package was delivered the day before but I never received it. I double checked outside again but no package anywhere. I immediately emailed Herb Co. At 9:23pm, how disappointed and a concerned customer I was because I have a deadline to complete for my small business - an upcoming vendor booth event. I grow a good amount of my own herbs/ flowers for infusions however, with our challenging climate in Las Vegas, I've accepted not everything can grow comfortably here. I decided to support small businesses and/or actual farmers to purchase what I can't grow here or don't have the time to cuddle the plants as I still maintain a demanding full time job. At 7:55am the next morning (6/26), I received an email response from Mr. Larry D Espinoza | Customer Service. I was SO HAPPY that he was looking into my order and wanted to double check my address. Once my address was confirmed, Mr. Espinoza issued a replacement order leaving the warehouse in 2 business days. I was extremely grateful as I still have a chance to make my deadline. In addition, I received my package on 6/28 including a photo in the location of the delivery which I didn't receive a photo on the first delivery. I've been very busy during this holiday mini vacation catching up all because Mr. Espinoza provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Am happy with the products. Am not happy about an extra charge that was added to my master card. I had it removed but it lowered my credit score. The reply to my email from Herb Co. Said that Paypal accidentally placed the charge, but I didn't use Paypal.
Wholesale prices, delicious product, packaged really well and in generous supply and clear and helpful descriptions, uses and information on their website. If you're looking to build your home, apothecary Monterey Herb Co is the place to go.

Because I am so well stocked with HerbCo products in my mason jars, it is hard to even rake up a bill for $50 and was willing to do that though. But with the $250/$600 minimum, I was frustrated. But I went to RetailMeNot app and got almost $9 off and so my delivery will be about $5 which is ok. Not sure why delivery costs have changed but I do support and appreciate the quality and service of your company.
All of the ingredients were fantastic, but a bag of oolong had a corner that was not sealed well so I lost a good bit of it inside the box and on the floor when I pulled the bag out.
The herbs are top quality and come well packaged for safety.
