I normally go to my local herb room to get my ingredients for teas. I thought that they ordered from here, so I got large quantities. Unfortunately, the cinnamon chips + dandelion root + ginger were all big disappointments. The cinnamon chips do not smell strong, the dandelion root looks different from the normal roasted dandelion root that i get (bc it's organic? I'm not sure why)-- while i usually love the smell of roasted dandelion it does not smell good, and the ginger looks odd and does not smell strong. I would love to support this company, but I'm not sold on the ingredients

When you are out of stock after order processed on line it's real crappy to call me and tell me you are rescinding my 15% off an order which originally was more than 600.

I've been purchasing from Herbco for a very long time, and I find their products to always be superior quality and fairly priced.

The herbs come in sealed bags and are sold by weight, not quantity. It's easy to organize and store the herbs. I repackage them foe personal use in glass jars but some products come in resealable bags

I feel like with the world trying to be healthier businesses arent the only ones buying herbs in bulk. It would be nice to start a rewards program for your returning customers. We order every other week but I make a new account just to get 15% off. Don't get me wrong you guys have great prices but I checked iherb and the price was the same even with the discount. We only chose you guys because my partner isn't the best with change.

I really enjoy making homemade sausage and ham.
The local retail stores do not stock what I need.
I can always find exactly what I want at Monterey Spice.

I have always bought my herbs from here and LOVE them - great quality and good selection. It amazes me that I have to pay $21 + just for shipping. Unfortunately, the shipping cost alone makes me want to look elsewhere for herbs :(

We homebrew with a dark French Roast and chicory. We can't find chicory in stores and have been purchasing it for years from Louisiana. For some reason, that supply is no longer available, but we found the Monterey Herb Co. Online. The order came reasonably fast on the cheapest shipping option and came in easy to recycle baggies. The former supplier had mylar bags in cardboard boxes. Much easier to use and recycle. AND, it took less than ten minutes to make my order of several pounds of chicory...! Yea!

Although I wish shipping was a little bit cheaper I have bought herbs from this company for several years and they never disappoint. They are my go to for herbs and spices.

The freshness of the spices is great. I do think they could be better packaged to assist in future freshness and the "herbs" are too finely ground for my liking.

I will repurchase this product for other events and my own enjoyment. Wonderful lavender, it's so lovely to smell, and the color is fantastic.

This was my second time ordering from this company and I've been completely satisfied both times. Would definitely buy from them again.

I order multiple products for my horses and they are always sealed well with nice resealable bags. The shipping box is also very sturdy and thick so the products are not crushed. The products smell fresh and always seem to be the same in quality. I also buy Acai powder for smoothies and it is quite nice, with good flavor. It is also packaged well in a resealable metalized/foil pouch to keep it fresh and inside that it is inside another plastic bag that is tied closed with a twisty tie and knot with all the air out so it is kept very fresh.

My product was easy to find, at a good price. The check out was easy. It arrived pretty quickly. I liked the packaging which showed the product and was resealable for freshness. I would but here again.

I love the products, especially the organic ones. As an herbalist, I only give my clients the highest quality products, and Monterey Bay is where I come.

Website was pretty easy to use. Had everything I was looking for in one place. Shipping didn't take that long. Competitive pricing!

I was able to find horsetail tea using the site's search function as I did not want to scroll through all the wonderful items for sale. I also lliked that the species name was give along with the country of origin. The other info was great and was what I was able to find in my own research. Also, the price was great.
