I ordered a few herbs to test the quality and delivery speed. Both were great. This will definitely is my new source for herbs. Packaging was great as well.

I've purchased from many different well known herb sellers and Monterey Bay Herb Co is the best. The quality of their herbs seems as good or better than the others. Their turn around time is the best; from order to shipping is fast (some others take a while). The bags are stuffed with herbs, I don't even bother to re-weigh them; while with some others I have had some bags a bit under weight. Monterey Bay Herb Co has great customer service; once USPS lost my order and MBHC did not hesitate to send me out my order again immediately and they send it via UPS with faster delivery; honestly I was amazed; felt like I travelled back in time when companies actually cared about their customers. I hope they keep being a great company.

Fast shipping and when I called about my order a live representative was able to take my call promptly. He was able to address my concerns.

I have used Herb Co. For several years (since 2019), and they always provide high-quality teas and herbs. Have recommended this company to many of my friends and small businesses.

I had called to place my order because technology is not my strong suit. I was ready to explain and ask if she could walk me through it.
But she just ask how much my order was and said you have to go inline. I didn't place order then but after seeing how easy Amazon was to order from Amazon was, I started ordering online at other places, then I remembered that I liked some of your products so I tried again and it worked!

The only complaint would be the shipping cost. Other than that, they provide many choices of high quality teas, bulk and other.

I ordered linden and it arrived fast and was at a good price point. The linden seems to be of high quality and the tea i make with it delicious.

Delivery to my address worked well and the product is excellent, but I could never see how to input a different address for delivery to someone else.

I've been purchasing bulk, loose green tea from Herb Co for years. Never any issues w/ quality. Plus, it arrives fast and well-packed. I've purchased many smaller herb teas (in bags) as well and they've also been very high quality.

I have no complaints! Website is user friendly, self explanatory. Shipments come in great condition. The herbs are WONDERFUL! I placed a larger order earlier this year. This is my 2nd restock. I just started a business this year.

The spice mixes are amazing and the teas are incredible. Can't beat the pricing when you compare it to a small store bought bottle.

Delivery is generally about 5 days for me, and thats even in rural Indiana. All products I've received have been excellent from secure packaging, to the great quality of the herbs, the prices are fantastic too, overall, this company is the only one I recommend to anyone that asks about bulk herbs or spices.

Hard to get shipping details. Doesnt offer any points or discounts. We purchase a lot from here, would like to see some type of loyal customer program.

I've been ordering for years. Quality of the products are high [although the Frankincense are huge chunks used to be small pieces], over this past year availability hasn't always been in stock items and shipping is much slower-average 10 days to previous 5. Will continue to do business with.
