Overall it was excellent all-over experience. Sadly the quality of motherwort was not as great as I used to get from Mount Rose (at twice the price). Besides all was excellent!

Addendum to my Feedback Below: Customer Svc quickly responded to my feedback regarding their website and are having their technicians working on it now. I have been extremely happy with Monterey Bay Spice Company. They have a large selection of Herbs, Spices, Teas, and related products that are priced for the average consumer. Finding a supplier that consistently was able to provide a variety of "Fresh" herbs & spices in both small & bulk quantities at relatively stable pricing had been very difficult when I first started making my teas in 2006. It was years before I had finally discovered this company on the other side of the USA. I'm sure the pandemic, global warming (severe storms, fires, etc.) has affected the supply lines & operational costs of these businesses too. Despite these additional challenges, Monterey Bay Spice Company has continued to operate efficiently; fulfilling my orders with the same high quality herbs & spices without drastic price increases. Once you have used fresh spices in your cooking or had a cup of fresh herbal tea, you'll never buy them in a grocery store again. Check this company out, you'll be very happy you did.
Prior Review - To alert Monterey Bay Spice of website problems: There is something wrong with your site since adding Google Review. Every time I finished adding an item to my order and tried to go back into bulk herbs (to select my next item) your website got "hung up"; per the error message that I got. I had to end the session and then reload. It took me 40 minutes to complete an order that would usually take me less than 10 minutes. Very Frustrating! I hope this issue can be fixed. Otherwise, I am very happy with your company and the quality of the products that you sell.

It's easy and you see the picture, product and information

Ordering is easy and fast. I like the information from the printed catalog and website, showing country of origin. Elderberries are available from a number of sources, even those labeled organic, but I don't trust those that do not indicate where the plant was grown. I will always order from Monterey Bar Herbs!

After giving feedback to Monterey Herb Co about my experience I received an email the next day telling me how they resolved the problem. I waited until the problem was actually corrected and they did what they told me they would do. So, all is good now. So happy to see that a company & their employees actually care about their customers.
Thank you so much for correcting the problem. I received my order very quickly and packed nicely so that the fragile chamomile flowers were not turned to dust. The freshness was evident. I will continue to recommend MBHC or Herbco.com to friends.

In checkout it would be easier if you just added a remove button. I had problems establishing billing and shipping address.
Other than the frustrations in ordering my experience was great
