I have now tried the non-caffeinated Chai (I added Assam black tea from this site) and the Get Smart teas. Both have exceeded my expectations! The chai is easy to adjust to preference and the recipe given is spicy, robust and well-balanced, great with almond milk and sweetener. The Get Smart tea is a wonderful blend of herbs that I steep for longer than directed. This one is heavy on the peppermint but is rounded out by other herbs. It is refreshing for a foggy brain.
I found the website to be very user friendly, and I enjoy exploring the wide selection of herbs and teas available. I particularly appreciate the links within some products' descriptions which allow me to read more information on individual ingredients, without having to look them up separately. This is my first time using Herb Co. I found it easy to navigate the website. However, at first I was a little overwhelmed by the sheer selection of herbs on offered. I like having the opportunity to try out the sample offerings, the photos were true to life and the in-depth information about the different herbs was very valuable.
I took me a very long time to get the website to accept a different billing and shipping address. The selection of herbs seem to be great and so I persisted because this is my first time.
