Their tea is a substandard tea it's basically ok - they actually sent me a "herbal" tea that had Stevia in it - lol 😝
As I inquired to return the product, I was told that I would have to pay for shipping, the item cost me $20. I had to pay $10 to return it so basically I purchased an item that I returned and only got half of the money back.

In general not pleased with the quality of product. Black tea is absolutely not usable and is of a low grade tea. Much better quality at lower prices available at local stores! Will not shop again.
