After ordering and paying. I received an email that the Marshmallow root powder I ordered was out of stock and that I would only be charged for what was shipped. Received a notice that several items were back in stock. So I placed an order for the marshmallow root powder and get to pay nearly $20 to ship. I usually order enough to qualify for free shipping. I only needed the one item. If I had known I would have waited to order until everything I needed was in stock.

Herbs you can afford, without replinishing the order, the price is awesome and I can actually buy several here, against 1 at another company for the same price, and reasonable shipping, any questions they answer almost imediately

I generally purchase about twice a year, Green Tea had taken primary focus in my beverage of choice.that stated, I never have stale products. I also order cooking herbs as well, FRESH, always?

Products. My issue is with the exchange policy. I mistakenly purchased two orders of spirulina, but what I wanted were the red roses (petals). I was hoping to switch out one of the spirulina for roses same quantity. I didn't mind the more expensive roses (red), but I really needed those. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get those roses. My order hadn't been shipped at the time. I do look forward to more purchases bc overall I was thoroughly satisfied.

Love how these items are well packaged and looks. Most of the ones I have used have been good for something - either infused honey, tinctures, salves, and shrubs.
Only downsize was forgetting to place an order for another item and tried to call and add before they shipped but wasn't able to. It would have saved them time and money because it could have been included in my shipment for, I'm sure it didn't weigh that much.

Loved the quality of all the herbs! But in future I'm going to buy the Quassia and Psyllium Seed in powdered form. I nearly burned out my grinder trying to do it myself. Otherwise very positive experience!

Box was delivered in the rain and left on the outside porch. Very glad the box had a lining and all the products were safe in plastic bags.

Not every blend is to everyone's tastes, but the ingredients are always high quality and the prices are great for a casual enthusiast.

The review about the fennel seed being mostly pieces of seed husk, leaves, etcetera is true. Most of the seeds were broken. Very dissatisfied & never knew the seed could be sold like this.

I've noticed on many herbs, I used to be able to buy singular pounds. Now many you require 2+ pounds of each. As an owner of an Herbal Shop, this limits my ability to get everything I need as I'm being forced to buy more quantities than necessary

I found you and am so happy with your products. Price is also crucial to be able to make Salves/Tinctures & Health products for family. I just hope prices don't skyrocket. Thank you

Selecting items to purchase are fast and easy and the time I receive my items are pretty quick. The herbs I have received are a good quality.
