When I ordered the dress the next day I received an email saying my dress was being tailored for about 10-12 days it took a little longer which I was expecting. The dress arrived within the estimated time.

The color we ordered was bright orange, we received burnt orange. Their policy states they will take the dress back and give you a full refund if returned in 14 days. THATS A LIE. These people ruined my child's prom. I ordered her this dress and she was tickled to get a bright orange dress only to be let down. Now I'm out almost $170 bucks and can't get her a new one because I spent my last dime in this one. I have made other reviews and social media post to not buy from this company.
The dress I ordered arrived different than expected. It had a train on it longer than shown, the color was not accurate and it took several weeks to arrive.
I'd like to return it but am so far not given a return address.
When I'm given the return address and guaranteed my money back, I will write a different review.

I have written to Hebeos but have only received a computer-generated reply. I don't know where my dress is, but I paid $184 for it and still don't have it. My prom is May 6 and I need this dress! I'd like some answers but haven't gotten any. I don't know what to do, because I don't have the expensive dress I paid for.
They sent the wrong color, the color that was associated with their site, then tried to tell me I ordered wrong! I sent pics and videos of their site and the color I chose. They still refused to take accountability! Save your money and the hassle.
