Ended up canceling my order because they could not fulfill my order with the dress advertised. The dress was discolored, yellowish tinge, buttons were uneven with gaps between the closures and lace was not uniform. They did try to get me to take the dress at a discounted rate because it was custom sizing but we could not come to an agreement on the % so they provided a full refund. Although the dress was not acceptable, their communication in letting me know about the discoloration prior to any shipment was, as it allowed me to see everything prior to recieving something I would not wear. So the stars are for their communication.

Size was not a good fit. Too small and tight. One dress had weird measurements in the front hip area. Was poofy.

The dress in the photo on the website does not look anything like the dress I received.

Its is a good quantity the dress, fit perfect and is beautiful.

The dress I received is not the dress I ordered. Completely different dress.

Company is easy to communicate with. Dress arrived on time. Love the dress.

Dress is good quality for the price. Takes a little time to get to you so order with time and size up. But it fits beautifully otherwise.

I'm returning the dress and I'm getting a different dress. Hopefully ill get it soon.

They are not honest and upfront about their return policy. I purchased 3 options for a wedding dress due to the fact that their website states they allow returns. Come to find out $600 dollars later that they only accept the return of it doesn't fit. The quality of the dresses were low in my opinion. Won't ever buy from this company again. Lesson learned.

Dresses made too small. I have other size 8 dresses at my house from different stores that fit me perfectly. However, the size 8 that I ordered from this company does not even zip up.

The website is great, so many dresses to pick from. Easy to navigate, and ordering was a breeze.

I am a picky person and read the entire return policy before making my purchase. I place an order over a month ago and never received anything! I ordered 3 dresses totaling over $500, and depending on the fit of each, even after using their measurement guide, I would keep one. The policy says they accept returns if you are not happy. Well I never received anything and was told I needed to pick one dress or I can cancel the order minus a 10% fee. I never even got the dresses. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

Ordering was simple and to the point. Website is easy to navigate. I ordered two of the same dress due to sizing issues and the dresses were not the exact same. The lace and sleeves differed.

I purchased my dress for my daughter's wedding. The dress size was way off. Obviously it was from China. The stitching was not straight. Very poor material. I emailed the company, but no response at all. I had to go thru paypal to open a claim in order for them to respond. Return shipping address to china cost me $66 to ship it back. So when they finally did respond back to paypal. They only credit less than half of the dress cost. The dress was $131. So do not buy from this website, they will try to give you a hard time so you will end up keeping the dress. Worse experience i ever encounter.

The dress was puffier than pictured, unflattering, and uncomfortable. I contacted customer support to return the dress, and they essentially just told me to find a seamstress. A seamstress could not fix this dress, and it was clear that I wanted to return it. I read the return policy, and contacted them in the correct timeframe, did not order with any custom measurements, and all they did was try to convince me not to make the return. They won't even give me a full refund when I finally demanded a return. I anticipated paying shipping, but they won't refund the full price of the dress. Mind you, the dress arrived wrinkled from being in a vacuum sealed bag, so anything they would have needed to fix was caused by them.

The service was fine and got here quickly to say it came from China just disappointed in the color and the workmanship of the bolero jacket

Easy purchase, the dress is very beautiful, comfortable, affordable and came very quickly. I got the dress about 9 or 10 days after I ordered it.
