Beautiful dress! It is exactly like its shown in the pictures. Very detailed. A little loose in the bust area but can easily be fixed. Very pleased with this dress and the service!

My daughter ordered a dress according the size chart. We had a experienced seamstress give us measurements. Once arrived my daughter tried on the dress. It was too large in the chest area and way longer than what we ordered. My daughter really wanted this dress, so we took it to a well reputable seamstress to alter it. She said she had never in her 30 yrs seen such a mess and won't be worth the headache to alter it. The second seamstress is also a seamstress that makes wedding dresses and such. She also told us that the dress was sewn all wrong. She wouldn't be able to make the front smaller and that trying shorten the dress to make it hang like it did on the website would be practically impossible and that she won't touch it. So after waiting to get into 2 seamstresses, we contacted customer service. We sent pictures. The dress still had tags on it and was in the same condition when we received it in the mail. They inform us they will only give us 10 percent back. So we are out $140.00. I feel that if the dress was made better and we were able to alter it, we would have been happy with the dress. But to make something that doesn't fit when we went with the measurements you gave to fit the size to order should be corrected on your part. Also maybe look into making a dress that can be altered by a professional seamstress.

It us my first time to buy a dress in this company and I am so angry. Their customer services are so impolite they never resolve issues eventhoug it made by them. I wait for a month to get the dress it came so late than my bridesmaid were decide to change as we were running late. The fabric was so poor and the dress was small that the size we sebd them. We are trying to return it they refuse to send us the returning label. Right now I lost $108 for something that I will never use. They are just a thief company be careful before to buy anything with them. You will lose yout money and they will not help you. I am disappointed. If only I knew. Well i ordered my prom dress on the 15 of march and payed the extra 9.99 for it to be here on april 4th so on april 3rd they hadent sent me a tracking number or anything so i emailed them and they told me that they were going to ship it off that day keep in mind my prom is april 7th so they didnt end up sending my package off unitll later that day but it came reasonably fast it got here yesterday april 5th thank god and the quality of the dress was perfect the only thing is i feel like i lucked up while getting the dress and they just happend to ship it off because i was reading reviews about how other people didnt get there dress i just feel like if your order from here it should be 2-3 months earlier so you make sure you give it all the time. I wouldnt recoment =d it but my dress cam and it fit perfect anf the quality was great

I absolutely love it! I was scared to order from this site because everybody told me it's sketchy but it was totally worth the wait. Took 3 weeks and came one day before arrival date. Ordered a size 2, fits my body like a glove.
