So we finally received the dress and was so excited till we opened it and was so dissapointed it looked like it had been worn before had drag marks around the hem and the worse was to come my daughter tried the dress on and thats when we saw it the horror of mould all up the front of the dress! So i immediatly email hebeos with photos of the damage and mould, there reply shocked me to my core...

Are you for real i pay well over £100 pound on a dress and it arrived damaged and you want me to clean it well if like me everyone knows you cant clean mould out of material,

Ordered a dress for my daughters prom on the 8th march had 3 emails to her saying order successful yet when i when to check where her order was the number dont exsist was told it would be here by the 25th march sent email after email with no response
I was extremely nervous ordering my prom dress online, but I am so happy with the result I got. I absolutely love my dress! It was not only affordable, but it is also very good quality. Although tailoring took a slightly longer than I expected, it was delivered extremely fast. I am so pleased and happy with the way everything turned out!
I was very pleased with the dress. Arrived as scheduled and material was of good quality. I suggest having a seamstress take your measurements. I measured myself and ordered a dress that was a little big. I had to have it altered.

If you are thinking about buying the dress on hebeos, DO IT! It is absolutely beautiful, the quality is excellent and the price is very low for the fabulous dress you will receive. I ordered my dress in the beginning of March and I paid 20 extra dollars for a rushed order so it should have come on March 25. It came on April 3rd and it smelled bad and didn't look anything like the picture. I contacted the support team through the website immediately three different times and they never contacted me back. I finally just emailed the confirmation email they sent me when my dress came and asked to return my dress. They asked me to get it tailored and offered me a 15% refund. I said no I want a full refund I spent $200 on this $#*!ty $#*! dress and I want my money back. They never responded. I have since emailed them numerous times and I have not yet heard back. I'm beyond frustrated and angry. Literally I just want my money back I'm pissed
So my prom was approaching and I looked online for a dress and came to this site and they had pretty beautiful dresses. So I ordered one. The Dress didn't look like nothing in the picture as it said it was, the dress came in rolled up in a plastic bag. At least deliver it in a box. So I asked for a refund and they took hours in emailing me back. Like 4:00 a.m. in the morning, and every time they emailed me back it was a different person. So I'm stating my clam over and over and over. Please I beg you DO NOT OVEE FROM THEM AT ALL. IT'S A TRICK THEY TRICKED ME THEY WILL TRICK YOU.

I did not do custom measurements but I did measure myself and ordered based my size. It feels slightly lose in the bust but would likely be better with a different bra. The dress is absolutely stunning! Got this for my senior prom and I could not be more pleased! The only thing that's off from the original picture is the belt is not gold tinted, its light pink like the rest of the dress.

I ordered off this site a little over 3 weeks ago. My dress came in a day before it said it would. I was so scared because of review's I found of people complaining about Hebeos. But they kept me up to date on everything. My dress looks exactly like the picture they show and is very well made. This site has completely made my senior prom PERFECT!
I ordered my daughters dress on March 12th. It said it would arrive by April 9th. I have sent several messages with no response back. I paid via Paypal and will be getting every cent back and they will be opening an investigation for fraud. Buyers beware! Never again!
