The dress came just like the picture even though it was a few days late on shipment & the sleeves were too tight I was able to take it to a tailor. Thank you guys for this beautiful prom dress!

Ordered my daughter a prom dress from here. When it arrived its just horrible. The color is off, the material is cheap it doesnt fit and it looks nothing like the photos pictured. The dresses are knockoffs madd in China. When I emailed requesting a refund they wanted a photo of my daughter in the dress against better judgement I sent the photo and have not heard from the company in over a week. They refuse to reply to my emails. I sent a message through Facebook same thing. They DO NOT honor their return policy as stated on the website.
I have filed a complaint with e commerce.gov and suggest everyone on here do the same. Dont be fooled by the fake reviews this business is a scam you will out your money and stuck with an ugly dress.

I ordered this dress and I was updated on the shipment and tailoring of the dress. At first, I was skeptical of whether or not I should have ordered online. I do not regret it. IT CAME EXACTLY LIKE THE IMAGE except I got mine in bright red. I ordered it red and the red was gorgeous. I got many compliments that beauty and the beast prom-themed night! THANK YOU HEBEOS!

We ordered my daughters dress in Light Sky Blue, and it arrived just under 4 weeks. I recommend ordering with plenty of time to spare because the timeline was making me neurotic!
HOWEVER, they expressed it out, free of charge because of the wait. It arrived yesterday. The dress is PERFECT! Exactly as we ordered it. Very well made! Great quality, and half the price of local boutiques. So very happy with this gown. More importantly, my daughter loves it! Thank you Hebeos for your commitment and customer service.

I've been looking for the dress for a couple months now. Since I saw the picture of the dress online in January. It was a search to try and find it. I saw the dress on a Facebook add that brought me to this sight. It took me a while to place the order because I didn't know if I should trust this sight or not. But I gave it a try since it was on sale for a very low price. 240$ Canadian. It came in the exact day it said it would. And to my luck. The dress looks exactly like the picture. Same top same bottom. I was extremely happy with the result. And I will definitely buy more dresses on this sight

I like my prom dress very much, exactly like the picture. The color is very nice, I chose the color show as picture. The size I choose is custom size. It fits very well. The dress is longer than expected. But it does not matter, I wear high heels just right.

Got this dress for my daughters senior prom in the royal blue. We cut the timing close so we paid for the expedited shipping and it came 3 days earlier than expected! It fit her perfectly and she looked stunning!

Ordering anything online can be nerve wracking, especially if its for something as big as prom. I was extremely nervous about ordering the dress online because I was afraid that it would show up and be completely different! The customer service was on top of my order and tracking my dress was so easy. I got home to a package at my doorstep and it was my dress, Despite the nerves, I opened the package found that the dress was EXACTLY what the picture showed. I got my dress in the color grape with custom measurements. Although I did get custom measurements, the dress is a little longer than I wouldve liked but absolutely tolerable and easily fixable. One other thing was that the straps are a bit loose on me which I am also going to fix. Overall, I highly recommend this dress to anyone who likes it. Shipping was only one day later than I was told it was going to be. I cant wait to wear it to prom! Thank you, Hebeos! Definitely impressed me with the quality and organization of my order.

I love the dress, it fits perfectly... I was a little leery about buying a dress online... This one was even more beautiful than the pictures... VERY HAPPY with this dress and with the price being so low it makes me even happier. :)
