BUYER BEWARE! My sister's dress was sent back 1 day after 2 failed FedEx delivery attempts (she lives in an apt building the the FedEx driver was too lazy to ring the bell). They did not keep the dress at FedEx and by the time I made it there they had already sent it back to Hebeos. We tried to get this "company" to send the dress back and we offered to pay to reship and they are refusing. Claiming the package was destroyed and it's not their fault. I don't care who's fault it is, i just want them to send it! I've pleaded with them to resend the so called "damaged" package and I will have it repaired and they just keep saying no. They won't refund the money and wont send the damaged package, so they just kept the money! This is FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FROM HEBEOS.

When my dress and shoes arrived in the UK (via Shanghai) I was told to call a number to find out where my dress was. When I called this number I was told that my tracking number didn't match their normal codes and had no record of my name or address. When I complained to Hebeos, I eventually got sent another phone number with a list of what I can only assume was my tracking history but it was all in Chinese. There was no apology. The next number was also incorrect and sent my through to the business customers at Royal Mail. By the time I tracked down my dress, it had been returned to Hebeos and I had to get another dress. The Hebeos website gives no phone numbers and all email addresses seem to go to one address. Don't believe the statements that they have a good customer service or that they take complaints seriously. No one responded to me when I submitted a complaint through the website. It feels like a bit of a cowboy outfit and I don't know if I'll ever get reimbursed.

We ordered a wedding dress and when it arrived it was purple. This was obviously not right but they told us as it's a custom order there's no refund, despite the order clearing saying WHITE.

We didn't order a purple dress, we ordered a white one. I now have a purple wedding dress.

After a lot of back and forth they have offered to refund me £17 of the £150 paid. I'm down £133 and they couldn't care less

Never received a confirmation email. I contacted them ASAP asking for a return since I didn't receive my confirmation email. I thought it was shady since I've been ordering items all month online for my coming up wedding. Every other website I ordered from sent a confirmation email of my order. This place didn't have a problem charging my account. They also said I did a custom order but I didn't. I just ordered a size 12. Finally I sent pictures in because the zipper would not shut all the way also the dress looks like it wasn't even finished. Once I sent the pictures to them via email I received this gracious email back

I ordered a dress for my fiance's military ball and what a joke. The dress in the picture was form fitting and long sleeved. The dress I received was huge (i could swim in it) and the sleeves only went down to my elbow. My thought is they find pictures of pretty dresses and try their hardest to copy the picture instead of giving me the exact dress in the picture. Their dresses are poorly made and when I told them I wasn't happy with my purchase, they basically told me to shove it. Will never buy from them again and they need to be shut down. What a scam.

I purchased a dress on the website and I paid extra for the dress to be made in accordance with my body measurements. I received the dress fairly quickly. However, the dress was not custom made based on the measurements that I provided. The quality of the dress was also cheap, nothing like the picture. I immediately contacted Hebeos to let them know about the issue. Please see below what they said to me. While in their website they make a lot of promises around guaranteed satisfaction, they do not honor those promises. Additionally, they blocked my account so I cannot get into the website to leave a review on the dress that I purchased. I contacted them via chat messages to unlock my account and they do not answer my questions. I would not recommend this website for anything. While their clothes are cheap, You are better off purchasing things at a higher price via another website and getting what you payed for.

I am writing in regards to an order that I placed on your website. I ordered a custom size dress and I provided all of my measurements, and to my surprise today I received the dress and it was not custom made. The dress was too big for me and the sleeves length were too short.

Please don't let the cheap prices tempt you to order from this site. I should have really listened to what others were saying about this company. I ordered a dress and it was very orangy. Ordered in the color champagne but it was not even close. Attempted to exchange the color after sending several photos but all they would say is "well the lighting may alter the color" Really? IT IS A SCAM! If I could give it a negative 5 star rating I would!

I ordered dresses for my daughters to wear at my beach wedding. When they arrived, they weren't at all the same dress Different material completely. I immediately emailed to let customer service know and they wouldn't accept any returns. I sent them pictures of the dress they showed online and the dress I received and how they looked nothing alike. They said their people worked hard on the dresses and all they could do was refund me $40 total for all three dresses that I spent over $300 on. It was either take that or nothing, they would not work with me at all.

I ordered a second dress to wear for my wedding and ordered it in the size 8 based off my measurements and the measurements off the site for the size 8. I received my dress tried it on and was not satisfied with the dress or how it looked. I sent an email to customer service asking for a refund and to return the dress. I got a response back from a different person every time and the final email telling me "it was a pity you ordered the wrong size." Excuse me!? A pity? If someone is not satisfied with a product or item they receive regardless if it fits or not the matter should be taken care of not telling me how much of a pity it is. Terrible customer service and support. Thank God I didn't buy this dress for the original price instead I'm only out $164. Lol what a joke.

Hebeos is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! They do not allow returns in any circumstances. I was traveling when the dress arrived and was not able to try it and contact them within 7 days from the arrival of the dress. The dress did not fit me and I wanted to return it. I got the same answer over and over again; complaint period is over and I should just have the dress tailored locally and pay for it.
So disappointing experience and horrible customer service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
We ordered 2 dresses for a wedding party. The dresses arrived, but did not fit right. We looked at the sizing charts, but they just did not fit correctly. We requested a return, but were denied as, "There is nothing wrong with the dresses." Correct for the most part besides the just ok quality, but they didn't fit.
Now we have 2 dresses that we will more than likely just donate.
I will never order from here again and hope you don't chance it either.

Sent a white dress instead of a ivory dress and tells me that it was made correctly. Now, I'm stuck with a dress I can't do anything with. Says its common for colors to change when online shopping. Guess when you order a ivory dress its up in the air what you actually will get. The sleeves are poorly made. I looks like that had a error at the end of the sleeve and just sowed on some lace at the end to make it longer. The front part of the dress has whats supposed to be built in bra. But its just two wires down the front that doesn't do much of anything other than poke you.

I paid over 200 CAD for a dress that is totally stitched wrong and looks like the biggest joke in quality. When I complained to customer care to try to send it back for a refund they literally told me it isn't a big deal and to just not worry about it. The straps are stitched totally lopsided and they tried to say its just because it's handmade. The worst customer service I've ever recieved.
Now I am afraid to return it because I don't trust them to actually refund me.

I ordered a dress for my up coming Anniversary in Aug 2019. Did not know had to pay custom fees of $114.00 I paid it.

The sizing chart on their website is wrong, dress came it does not fit. Sent email to customer service they replied by tell me to take pictures of the problem the dress does not fit that's the problem. Took pictures sent them to customer service no response, I have sent them 9 emails no response very stressful. Now I have to go out and look for a dress I have spent $354.00 and the dress only cost $240.00. What will I do now I will never order online again especially from this company they said they

Another thing how dare you even ask for pictures, I'm telling you it does not fit is that not enough. Dress is beautiful but I will never wear it what a waste of money

They do not allow returns AT ALL. Their site says if it is tags attached and unaltered you can return. Which the dress I ordered was exactly that, and their reply was "you cannot return a dress just because it doesn't look good on you, request declined". Wasted $190. I would never recommend anyone buy from here. When I confronted them on the fact that they lied about returns, they stopped replying to me. Extremely disappointed and very immature and crappy of them.
