Terrible service. The style of the dress looks nothing like pictures. It has a pouch in the front and there are sowing lines On the arms and shoulders. It's a scam and don't care about quality or service
I ordered a Rush dress for my daughters homecoming. The order was made on the 1st and after a week and a half asked I began to worry. The recited stated the order was on its way however when I inquired about the date of arrival they Indicated it wouldn't be here until the16th. I told them to please cancel my order their response was in broken English " it OK " I responded with "no cancel the order " the next email I received was "sorry we can't do that" I'm left with a dress that is unusable. Paid extra for it to be delivered quickly. I haven't received the dress but I can bet the quality is going to be horrible. Like I said do not use this establishment!

I bought a dress for homecoming for $150 and i asked for the 4-5 day shipping and it came in 2 weeks later. The dress looked nothing like the picture and it didn't fit at all. It was like it was made out of the same material as a halloween costume. I've emailed them multiple times to complain and they won't give me a refund even though it doesn't fit and does not match the picture on the website. I'm having to complain through my bank to get my money back.
Where can I start? Ordered a dress for a family wedding coming up to which I am a bridesmaids. Before I ordered the dress, I had my reservations from reading previous reviews both positive and negative so I thought I would bite the bullet and order anyway. I ordered a dress in a standard UK size and did not have it custom made. I also ordered the dress in three dress sizes bigger than I normally would be due to the fastening at the back being a zip and me being really broad shouldered. Dress came around two weeks later. I tried the dress on expecting it to fit me but I could not do it up at the back even though I sized up about 3 sizes. I inspected the dress for a size specification and there was nothing nor was there anything written on the package itself.
I informed the company via email that the dress did not fit and I was asked to send photographic evidence. Furthermore, once photographic evidence was sent, I was asked to email them with my actual measurements of my bust, waist and hips. It came to the conclusion that because my measurements didn't match up with the ones on their size chart, I was blamed for ordering the wrong size dress! However, comparing their size chart to other ones from different clothing companies, their measurements were very small in comparison. As a result of this, I was not able to get a refund on the £110 I spent on the product due to the dress being custom made and it could not be resold! The company were also really cheeky and said that I should take it to a tailor and spend even more money again on perfecting the dress into my own size!
I would not order from this website unless you are prepared to pay more for custom made measurements or if you are of petite sizing(Size 4-14) and even if you are of average size... i would still size up due to their sizing being very small compared to other clothing companies!
I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter's homecoming. One dress was too tight and the other drapes in an unflattering way but they refuse to give me a full refund. They wanted pictures of the dresses so they could assess if anything was wrong with them. My daughter can barely walk in one of them because the skirt portion is too tight. I've just wasted $200 on dresses they refuse to take take back. Worst customer service and return policy. I would not recommend them.

They told me I needed to send pictures as proof that it didn't fit. I did and then they said to take it to a tailor. They wouldn't let me return it. I'm furious and have no clue as to how to get my money back!
This is a complete joke. Do not order from this company. The dresses pictured are not what you receive.
I ordered a dress for the incorrect size. Yes, my fault. After review of their online return policy, there is nothing that should prevent my return. Nothing. All that is required is that you contact them immediately upon receipt, that you don't wear, alter, wash or remove the tags from the dress. However, after contacting them to request an exchange all they say is that they cannot accept the dress because it is not their fault. It wasn't custom tailored as the size I picked was picked from a drop-down. This is the worst experience ever. Will never order from them again and will do everything in my power to prevent them from conducting business in the US. This is just the worse. Also, once they realize that you insist on returning or exchanging your dress they will stop answering to emails or their chat service.
It says that they will except returns and I gave them every excuse to return 2 dresses and now they will not reply to emails. I just lost out over $350 because they do not honor their return policy at all. Do not buy from them!
I bought my wedding dress on hebeo website. And i read their policy which allow customer return and exchange size after inform their customer service. And i got the dress and it bigger than my expected and i contacted their customer service as policy and email back and forth between their customer service for 1 week. Finally i got replied that i could not return or exchange. They ignored my email from then. Do not waste your time and money to purchase from this website
Unfortunately the dress I received is a lot longer in the front then the actual dress. The straps don't fall on the shoulders. I went to a local Taylor to see if they could make shorter and adjust the the top but they're charging me $250.00 which is double what I paid for this dress. Charging me to make this dress look how is supposed to in the first place! The value of the dress was $166.00 with shipping. Poor fabric quality. This company doesn't care if you're happy or not with the item. They won't return or exchange read carefully their policy! I will recommend other places that will at least give you a exchange. This company doesn't.
Color didn't match. Size didn't fit. Way too big in the bust. Now I can't return it? Ridiculous. Just like everyone else mentions. You can't get a refund on their products. How does this company even have 3 stars? It should be negative stars.
I ordered what looked like a gorgeous dress.
It came in and I tried it on immediately. It was terrible, boxy, the sleeves were the wrong size. But the worst part was that even though it's willing to pay the shipping here and even the shipping back they still won't give any refund.
I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered a dress for my vow renewals and provided custom measurements. When the dress arrived it was not made to measure with off color sections. The material is cheap and it does not look at all like the dress that they advertised. I contacted hebeos customer service letting them know I wanted a refund. They denied my refund saying I ordered a std. Size dress (which I did not. Provided custom measurements when I placed the order). They then said there are slight errors in the dress I have to accept? Warning do not do business with these folks. I lost $150 in this and will never order from Hebeos again. I am very disappointed in such bad customer service. They are a bunch of thieves!
They only want your money and will not give a refund even if the dress does not fit or look anything like the picture online! You are taking a risk with your money by purchasing from them! My dress was NOT a custom size or measurements and I was informed that it could not be used if returned and was not given a refund! They are frauds and I wouldn't order anything over $20 because that's about how good the quality is! COMPLETE RIP OFF!

If only I had found this site prior to ordering I never would have done business with this company. Dress arrived- wrong color. Dress was to be a dark green- the one that arrived was teal. Provided photos yet they insist the colors are the same. They are not. The dress is also a poor fit despite having sent measurements to their specifications. They refuse to remedy the situation so we are are stuck with a dress (not inexpensive by the way) that we cannot use and have to come up with some other dress in the next two weeks.
I was hesitant to order from an overseas company but had decent luck with one last year so thought I would give it a try at my daughter's Urging since she found something she loved. Huge mistake. Never again. Please save yourself the trouble and choose a different company.
