I ordered a dress for my daughter over a month ago and I just get an email today (see below). My daughters ring dance us in two days. They have no customer service number you can call only email. I paid $160 with expedited shipping. I have had to purchase a 2nd dress for my daughter. They are taking peoples money knowing they can't handle the volume. I give them zero stars.

The dress better fit because they will not return! Dress arrived and fit nothing like the photos showed. Bra cups were huge and went all the way to the waistline. Fit and looked horrible. They offered to refund me 10%. Dress took over 6 weeks to arrive!
Do not make any payment to Hebeos, I payed for two prom dresses that never turned up, there's no phone to contact only email I emailed hebeos at lest 6 times and had not one reply no dresses and no refund, a total scam!
I bought a dress from Hebeos and it looks NOTHING like the picture! It is completely see-through and terrible quality. The size that came was also 6 inches larger than what was ordered. Tried to initiate a return and customer service was incredible unhelpful and denied the request. I will NEVER buy anything from Hebeos again.
I ordered 3 dresses from Hebeo's with the ususal promise of 3-8days delivery they were for an award ceremony so times were crucial. I left a 3 week overlap in case there were any delays or I needed alterations. The dresses did not arrive on time and when I contacted customer services that was when my alarm bells rang. They could not give me a clear indication of when the dresses would arrive. When the dresses arrived unfortunately the event had passed and 2 of the dresses did not fit and were not at all to my liking. I asked for a refund and it took almost a week to get a reply. I was asked for pictures which I sent. Still waiting for my refund. I am disgusted when I see them on social media. The gold dress I bought did fit though will need alterations but why o why can I not get a simple answer and a refund.
I ordered a customized dress, A-line style, but received a mermaid taile style dress. Hebeos did not accept to return the dress as it was custom made. They ignore the fact that a wrong styled dress has been created, which I didn't order.

I saw the most amazing wedding dress on hebeos site, it was perfect so white and just what I wanted as yo can see in picture, the one next go it is the nicotine coloured dress with net curtains for sleeves, nothing at all like the picture, I had to buy this dress it was amazing, so I purchased it, could not wait after a good few weeks my dress arrived...
Unwrapped it and thought mmm not too bad I put it on and took it off quicker than I got it on I just felt like a laughing stock, the sleeves where too short not even white like the picture just looked like a lace curtain shocking I've learned my lesson not to buy off line, the worst thing is I have contacted hebeos quite s lot and all I get is we will look into it, totally not bothered that's when they can be bothered to reply. I would not advise anyone to buy off this site... looking at other reviews there is no chance you get a refund absolutely disgraceful. Hebeos should be ashamed of yourselves taking peoples hard earned money and giving very poor quality dresses I would of been distraught if I had left it later in the year and had to wear that dress I would not of got married it was that awful.
I never leave reviews, but because my experience was so terrible, I was sure to write one about this company. The dress is NOT the same as the photo. The dress here flares at the hip, the one I received started to flare slightly below the breast. My waste measurement is 26, this dress poofs out so much at the waste that it makes you feel as though you are pregnant. When I requested to return the item, their customer service stated that "you should alter the dress locally, sorry." They refuse to allow you to return the dress. I will NEVER order from them again and I will no longer allow my bridesmaids to order their dresses from this site. CHEAP MATERIALS and the flowers on the dress look like they are falling off. They will not allow you to upload photos of the dress. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Do not order to hebeos! I ordered a customised dress from them and was not made accordingly. When i emailed them to sort it out, all they can offer me is to order another dress again and they will give me 7% discount? It is totally ripped off. The priced i paid for the dress is too expensive and it is so upsetting. The customer service is so poor, cant even negotiate and communicate to customers properly. They refused to refund my money. All they interested is to get your money! So therefore i would not recommend hebeos!

Pt. 2 I asked for company information so that I could pursue a refund and they told me "we are in Hong Kong and that's all you need to know." They also continued to email rude responses to my requests. DO NOT order from Hebeos! Total Scam! Merchandise does not look anything like the pictures!
The dress that I received does not look like the picture posted on the website. I requested a return and was asked to send a picture. They responded by telling me that they see no problem with the picture and that they hope I keep the dress. I initiated and requested a return/refund within the 7 days as indicated in their policy.
I asked about returns on the website chat and received no answer on the chat. I also received the dress rolled up in a ball in a plastic bag. Shameful. I'm am deeply disappointed. I want my money back and to return this tacky dress! They clearly post pictures of beautiful dresses to deceive potential customers and TRY to remake the dresses.
The dress is a completely different colour from that shown on the website. The design also is significantly different.

I bought my first dress which was totally different from the pic, very thin and weak cheap material! Bought a 2nd one from them based off the reviews only to find that one was just as bad as the first one! Contacted them for a refund and was told I could not get my money back bc there was nothing wrong with the dresses! Well, I was very disappointed and just wanted my money back. Long story short, after going back and forth with them I opened a PayPal case. The whole process took 2-3months but thanks to PayPal they paid for my return shipping and gave me a full refund! PayPal is the bomb. Please do not be tricked by the pics or reviews from this site THEY ARE ALLLLLLLL FAKE! Horrible site! If I could I would give ZERO STARS!
I purchased a dress that was clearly damaged during shipping, after it took months to arrive. The dress inside was ripped and damaged. The company will not give me a full refund only partial, even though I provided clear documentation of the damage. I contacted FedEx to see if I could file a claim for the shipping costs, since Hehebos will not cover the cost to return. FedEx told me I was out all of the shipping costs and had to pay to return the item. I'm now left with the decision to keep a ruined dress or pay more money at the chance that I may get a partial refund. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE. DRESS IS ALSO CHEAP AND NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS.

I received my wedding dress in a plastic bag with the outside bag being all dirty. My wedding will be on Dec. 11,2019. I paid almost $200 and the company ships a wedding dress in a fedex bag? I expected better; shows they do not care for customer's item. I opened the bag and upon receiving the item, the left breast was stained and the lacing of the wedding dress was already coming off. Immediately, I contacted customer service for a return and a refund. I cannot believe I received such items in such a condition. In addition, after notifying of the stained item upon receival and sending the photos of the item, I was advised "wash" the garment and apologize that they will need additional photos of me wearing the dress. I will not wear the dress so that you may use it on the internet and post photos of me. That is an inappropriate question to ask ANY customer.

Unbelievable. I believe most of the reviews on Hebeos are positive because they are paid sponsors to write those reviews.
