Shipping took EXACTLY a month to arrive and I never received a shipping email or any updates after I purchased the dress and I began to think I was being scammed, but it was being tailored by the company and came in perfectly measure! It was a very nice dress

I was looking for a simple, pretty wedding dress. Nothing flashy. I spotted this dress on Hebeos and absolutely adored it. It looks soft, comfortable, and flowy. I should have known better than to think I could get a nice dress for that price. The dress I purchased hardly resembles the photos at all and will NOT be in my wedding. What looks like a soft and flowy bodice is basically made of cardboard and since I'm not well-endowed, it is floating around my body like a big empty corset. You can see in the pictures that I posted how it gaps and anyone could look into my dress if they were standing next to me.
Also, in the images of the dress on the website, the cross front extends across the waist, creating a softer line and a stronger diagonal. In the dress I got, the cross front is only about 2/3 of the way across the front, creating a harsh, ugly paneled look that is made worse because of the boxy bodice.
The lace on the bodice is sewed badly and is not the same width on each side. What looks like cap sleeves in the photo is really just mesh with horrible little plastic mesh "flowers" popped on. The dress is uncomfortable because the bodice feels like a cardboard box and the accent "flowers" are itchy. I put it on and (a) instantly hated it and (b) instantly wanted out because it was physically uncomfortable and there is no way I can spend an entire day in that dress.
My friends suggested I submit this to those websites that show the realities of purchasing clothing from the internet. This was a seriously bad decision on my part. Once you get the dress, it's yours no matter how terrible it is and there is no tailoring that could be done to make this either fit right or not look like cardboard dressed up in white.
This is a HORRIBLE "company". I purchased a dress to be apart of a wedding party. We were all to get the same dress. I received the dress in the mail and it was two toned. Light and dark orange. Not the style I ordered and the worst material I ever felt. It was small and fit TERRIBLY. I immediately requested a refund the same day and was denied by their customer service. I am now disputing it through paypal. Please DO NOT ever ruin your occasion by ordering from this place. YOU ARE GUARANTEED TO BE UNSATISFIED. I have attached the dress I ordered only in orange (the middle style dress) and the dress I received. A DISASTER! Anyone giving this place a rave review is CLEARLY working for the company.

I was leery to buy my wedding dress online, and I should have went with my instincts. I bought 2 wedding dresses and a dress for my mom. They stuffed 3 dresses and my headpiece in a tiny airtight bag. One of the dresses didn't have tags on it which tells me it wasn't new. The other dress has a brown spot on it, and they contacted me to offer a 5% discount and told me to get it cleaned. I literally just took them out of the bag. They ship them inside out, so who knows how many people touched the dress.
Suck it up and go to the wedding store to try the dress on.
This company was great to work with. I contacted them shortly after I had placed my order because I read a review about the shipping taking 5 weeks. My daughter was planning to wear the dress to her cotillion ball that was 4 weeks away. They made sure I had the dress with time to alter if need be. I will definitely order from here again.

The customer service received was below standard. Although there was one particular person who responded (the last actually) who's tone was friendly, caring and showed excellent customer service skills.

I decided to purchase a wedding dress from Hebeos in the hopes I could keep costs for the wedding down, since my fiancé and I are paying for it ourselves. HUGE MISTAKE! Once the dress finally arrived it was not even close to resembling the beautiful dress in the picture I THOUGHT I was buying. The flowers looked as if they had been ironed on, and everything about it screamed cheap. I was very disappointed and knew I could not and most definitely WOULD NOT get married that atrocity. I reached out to them and asked to start the refund process and there was the constant back and forth. At first they agreed to refund 10%, after a few more email exchanges they said they could give me a 20% refund. I said I wanted a 100% refund of the dress price, but would accept to eat the costs for shipping and handling both ways. That was not acceptable in their eyes, so I stopped communicating with them and went straight to my Credit Card company. I filed a dispute with them and explained the situation and they took care of this mess for me. Gave me a temporary full refund and contacted Hebeos about it. I ended up returning the dress to them, and my Credit Card company resolved the issue and I was given a full refund. PLEASE, PLEASE do not buy anything from them. If you do, and end up having to return it contact your CC company and file a dispute if you ever want to get your money back. Hebeos will try to cheat you of your money, and not refund anything to you.
Everything was so nice it was hard to choose. There are several choices too pick from I was so undecided but they are very beautiful.

Excellent service! Site made shopping super easy, especially with the custom fit option! Dress & accessories came extremely fast and in perfect condition! The only downfall was the dress was supposed to be 'sage' and it's more of a 'bright mint'. Not the same as the swatch online. Other than that, super happy with the experience!

There is absolutely no contact number for this site everything must be done by email. The wait time for a response is unbelievable just to get an unhelpful answer. I'm having the biggest hassle on returning my items. Will never buy from here again
I tried to cancel my order as it would not reach me in time even though I paid "express" shipping. I was told it wasn't shipping for a few days due to a holiday, so I asked to cancel it, next day email it's "now on its way". Which it was not!
Then when the dress came it was not AT ALL what was pictured. When I put in a request for a return I was offered a 10% discount. I just want to return the whole thing but communication is horrible and customer service is beyond lacking! Still can't get a response back from them! Do not buy from.
