Overall good, came fast and looks like the picture

Shopping online was alright. I sent in my exact measurements and the dress did not fit at all. I give that part 0 stars.

I ordered my dress and gave measurements, areas that didn't request measurements were way off. Arms and slip under dress to small, my 6 year niece would fit those areas comfortable. Dress did NOT look like what is being advertised. Requested a longer train and champagne color! No white. I received an email stating it wouldn't be a problem. But apparently it was. The tulle came in champagne and was sewn with the white lace in sections on the train versus lace being the main part of the dress and just tulle as the train. Maybe cutting corners on cost. The slip is like a tight mini skirt slip, which is visibly seen through the 1 layer of tulle that is actually suppose to be lace fyi. Just awful... I can't even pull it up my $#*!. The arms are so tight (no measurements requested) I wouldn't dare to lift my arms throwing a bouquet cause I'd probably rip them off, if I could even get them over my arms to rest on my biceps.

Packaging was absolutely terrible. The dress was rolled up like a burrito and shoved in a semi thick bag, clear tape wrapped around it like a lollipop. Thank goodness I didn't cut the dress trying to get it opened.

I've been going back and forth with customer care and was offered 10% money back... Then 30% money back. Customer care keeps referencing back to sizing? And told me to go to a local tailor! Everything fits fine except the arms and slip. Which no measurements were requested on those parts. My issue is the white and the fact I paid $300+ for a dress that does not resemble what I received. It would be a beautiful dress, if it was actually made as pictured.

Lesson learned! You get what you pay for I guess... I definitely wouldn't recommend and to stay local with trusted companies within your country.

Will use again! Great customer service, fast shipping, very satisfied with product!

The sizing wasn't as I expected, so I highly recommend measuring yourself and ordering custom sizing!

Do Not Buy From HEBEOS! Poor quality dress. Cheap materials. Dress not as described on website. I paid for expedited shipping and dress came two (2) weeks late for my event. HEBEOS offered to credit my shipping costs. Then HEBEOS offered 40% refund. THEN HEBEOS suggested I re-sell the dress myself. Finally I was given a HEBEOS return address and offered a 100% refund. Do not buy from HEBEOS.

It's a scam, their not true to what they show you on this website, and I've had a horrible experience with ordering a dress. They CANNOT make the dress your paying your money for. It's not worth and it's a waste of time. Please find another website that's honest and able to make the dress that they show on their website without ripping people off. They also don't have no dresses that they have professionally made. It's a lie. Please don't order off of this website. Save your money for someone who knows what their doing and make it worth your money to spend. :)

We received my daughter's dress in a great amount of time. We are very pleased with the outcome. It is gorgeous. We have a very few slight alterations that will have to be done to make it fit perfectly, but I expected we would.

Easy ordering easy communication quick delivery. Absolutely beautiful work. Damn sham I called of the wedding. Now I'm stuck with a size 22/24 pink bridal gown.

The package arrived earlier which was great. My arms and bust was a little too big so i'm getting it tailored. I would consider buying though.
