This dress we bought was our first purchase through Hebeos. It came in a decent timeframe and fits nicely, we are glad they ask for measurements.

There was nothing too special about it, it was pretty easy to navigate and didn't seem sketchy like other websites I'd checked

I had received my package damaged on both sides. I had emailed Hebeos and the initially offered 20% reimbursement of the price of my items. After not responding for a while, they randomly emailed me and claimed how the delivery image shows no damage of the package... even when it's obvious. Gross company. The customer service people were rude.

It looks much better in the picture. I did not like the final outcome but I'm stuck with it so hoping my alterations lady can make it better. I find it ugly.

Hit or miss really - the quality is good but I recommend really knowing your size and having the ability to resize yourself

Somewhat satisfied. I'm not certain what I saw in the picture is exactly what I received but what I did get was well made so I did not return it.
