Ordered standard size 12. Usually wear a 10. Would not zip up all the way. I requested to return for refund. They refused. Said I would have to pay to send back to China. They said they cant re-sell.
Only Refunded me 25% and I'm stuck with a dress I cant wear.

Loved my veil can't wait to wear it, fast shipping and packaged well!

The dresses to do not for properly for plus size body types. Also their return policy is false advertisement! When you contact them they make it impossible to return and I was told they would send a small percentage and asked me to sell the dress locally! This is not apart of the return policy!

This is the worst company with even worse customer service. I entrusted them for my big day to get disappointed each step of the way. My account is nonexistent, as with my order information. Meaning I had no tracking number and no idea if or when the dresss was going to even show up. Then when the dress does finally arrive I cannot even wear it because the material is SO ITCHY. I don't kniw what they use but my entire body broke out into a rash after only having it on for 5 minutes. After voicing my concerns to customer service, Vivian, who should be fired, attacks me about how I initiated the return after my event date. Mind you it only arrived 2 days before my event date when I was promised 2 weeks AND life happens. I had to post pone and instead of having ANY customer service or concern I was yelled at by a stranger I paid good money to. This site is NOTHING BUT A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Need to order more dresses to fit what I'm looking for.

I ordered a bridesmaids dress from this company for a wedding I'm in and they sent me the wrong color. I reached out the same day I received the dress and they said that it probably just looked different based on the color settings on my screen and that it was the correct color. The other bridesmaids then got their dresses and sure enough, they were the correct color advertised, proving I was sent the wrong color. I reached back out explaining the situation and asking to just exchange the dress for the color I actually ordered and they have refused to be of any help. They say that they do not take exchanges, I will have to pay their ridiculously high shipping costs for the new dress and for the return of the wrong dress, plus a 30% restocking fee. This was an error entirely on their end and they aren't willing to make it right at all, costing me a fortune to get a cheaply made dress (that isn't even as cute as in the pictures on their site) just to have the dress I ordered for a wedding I have to have it for. They are dishonest and have shady business practices and are ripping people off because they know once they order the dress for a wedding, they have to get it from them. The pictures I attached show the side by side of my dress that came in baby blue compared to the other bridesmaid's dress that came in the correct dusty blue color.

Dress was not as pictured... says return but you have to pay out of picket and pay a stocking fee... which ends up being nothing back... on picture the mermaid ends on thighs and on my daughter it ends on knees which makes her hard to walk and she's 5 6

Very beautiful elegant dresses great quality for great prices & extremely easy to order.

As mentioned before portions of the dress are not tailored properly and will be looked at by a seamstress. I might have to return the dress.

I don't like how the dress fits me but Hebeos customer service has been helpful.

The dress is gorgeous, with all of the right colors. Ordering was easy, I just couldn't find a way to do custom sizing that they offer. The dress itself is much more of a ball gown than an a-line, but I was already expecting an alteration.

Love how the company takes measurements but wish the dress looked as beautiful as it does in the photo.

This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Refusing to acknowledge that the dress is not the right size just because the tag says so is ludicrous! Maybe admitting that someone made a mistake after I showed picture evidence of such is just plain dumb.

Terrible had to bargain for some money back. Only got $59 back for a dress I can't wear. I will give poor reviews.

You definitely need to pay close attention to size and color selection when ordering. I would size up 2 sizes. The quality is much different than in person. I'll be returning my dress.

Dress was as pictured. A little bit of a lighter pink than expected but still perfect for my daughter to be a flower girl. She tried it on and didn't want to take it off bow in the back pins on so is optional.

Received dress that looked nothing like I ordered. Color looks white though they swear that's ivory. Contacted customer service and specified wrong color and too big. They asked for pictures and measurements. Once I provided photos and measurements they said I had to pay return fee and 30% of dress price to them for re- stocking fee. This is not stated on their return policy. Completely disappointed, I will never order again.

Fits perfectly daughter loves it will need a hoop skirt to make it more fluffy. Perfect for her sweet 16.

I love the dress, but it's too small, the measurements are taken for 14w, and I put a size above, I don't work either, 18w would be correct, so 14 with measurements, size 18 is correct, it will be for the next order or lose weight.
