I was a little hesitant to order at first but I finally just said why not! And boy was I proven WRONG I absolutely love my dress it looks EXACTLY like the picture and what I wanted!

I'm glad I found a company that is legitimate and their work is outstanding. The turnaround time is awesome as well.

Once I place my order they contact me through email right away let me know that it will be ready and when it was going to be shipped it was in a very timely manner but definitely recommend this company

Hebeos is great designs, prices and customer service

I am normally a size 6, so I ordered a size 6 in this dress. The only part that fit was the waist/ butt area. Every other part of the dress was either too loose or too tight. The straps aren't adjustable, so the bust area hung too loose and revealed everything. Yet, the back and stomach area was too tight. The ruched stomach fabric was tight yet made it look like I had a kanagroo pouch. The slit landed just below my bikini area. The dress was too long and only suitable for those 5'11+. I'm 5'6 and many of my measurements were similar to the ones listed. It was very disappointing that it didn't fit as expected. Tailoring would have cost more than the dress was worth.

Most disappointing, was the late delivery and return process. I paid extra for early delivery. Yet it arrived a couple weeks late which was two days after the wedding.

I tried to return it because of the previously listed problems. First, the company tried to convince me it arrived on time. Their website provided proof it was in processing the day it was 'delivered'.

Then, I revisited the issue of it not fitting. They said it was standard size and sent me a picture of the dress on a mannequin. I understand standard sizing. I was able to pick up a 60 dollar, last minute dress from Macy's in the same size that fit perfectly. The Hebeos dress was clearly not standard size unless you were that exact model in the picture.

It says hassle free returns but it has been anything but that. I have been emailing the company for a week now. They have given every excuse not to accept my return.

In short, I would not buy again. I will stick with other more accurate websites. You're better off going to Amazon rather than this website. Save yourself some trouble if you're ordering it for a big event.

Don't order! If you see a dress you like take a screenshot of the dressy and use google to buy from another vendor that has return policy that doesn't take you through all kinds of hoops! Customer service is a joke. And let's be real those dresses are NOT made by order! STOP IT!

Their website says: Easy return. 14-day hassle-free return. But this is a BIG LIE!
Do not trust anything they say on their website because the truth is the exact opposite. If you like the dress, it's great. But if you need to return it for any reasons, you're $#*! out of luck! First they tell you to take it to the seamstress to adjust the dress to fit your body type. Then they go back and forth with other BS reasonings why they can't take it back. Then finally they'll say "fine, you can return it but we'll take 30% from the original price for restocking fee but you'll also have to pay for return shipping to CHINA which is very expensive." This company doesn't even deserve a half a star. HORRIBLE!

The website gave all information needed to order, size, length, good reviews.

Fun looking on site, shipping was easy and on time. Could've went up a few sizes. Measurements run a little small

I purchased 2 dresses from this site. They arrived fairly quickly and the quality of the dresses was fair. However, the sizing was not good and the style didn't work for me. I promptly contacted the company the day, I received them and it has been a circus. You communicate with multiple people and they are resistant to returns. They are now asking me to keep the dresses because they are made to order. They have offered to refund 8% of my purchase. There is a restocking and inspection fee, shipping cost…. Don't take the risk! Save your money and your time.

The item was shipped very quickly. Fast service. About a week.

You need to improve your return & exchange policy, or at least allow a try-on option for customers. It is too much of a risk to be forced to purchase a dress without even trying on first, or at least giving the customer an option to exchange the dress for a different size.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star! Don't order from here! When the dresses come they look nothing like the picture and then refuse you a refund and ignore your emails!

Paid for expedited shipping, it was late. Had myself measured and ordered a larger size, it was too small. The color was supposed to be a pale pink, it arrived a peach color. Very disappointed!

If you order something make sure you are positive you want the item. I ordered a size 6 dress that I was considering for my daughters wedding, along with a dress from another company. I don't like shopping in general so I often do this. The dress from Heboes did not fit me well at all. There is no number to contact anyone so I finally figured out how to email regarding a return because you only have 14 days, and they need to respond with instructions. Much to my dismay I was told that I cannot return the dress unless it is defective. In that case they want pictures first. I guess I could have damaged the dress, but I felt that was dishonest. I will never use this company again, and caution anyone else to reconsider spending their money with an extremely customer unfriendly company.
