Terrible experience, they offered a 10% back of a dress that said it was $137, but after all shipping and handling was $200.10% can be return to me from the $137 so $13.70 back to me, wow

To the point. I love the fabric and style options which made it very easy for each bridesmaid to select their style.

Ordering was easy but wish I received better communication on shipping.

I do not recommend anyone purchasing these dresses. Very cheap material and very short return policy.

I ordered a dress from this company. I tried on the dress and the dress does not fit at all. I immediately contact them for a refund. They asked me my measurements and to send pictures as proof that the dress does not fit. Once they received my measurements and pictures, the company denied my refund. They suggested that I get my dress altered and that they might reimburse me 10 percent of my alteration cost. In their website, they clearly state that they have a 14 day return policy. This company is stealing people's money. I followed their return policy guidelines and they still refused to refund my money. This company is falsely stating that they will refund your money. They should make the return policy clear by stating that they do not grant refunds if the dress doesn't fit. I recommend for anyone who is purchasing from these thieves to be absolutely sure of their size. And don't order multiple dresses to try on. Also, their color representation on the website is not an accurate depiction of what you will receive.

Beware of return policy! I'm still waiting for permission to return for refund. I have submitted pics and description of how and why they did not fit. Cannot recommend especially if you are in a rush.

I had a family reunion coming up for New Orleans and I was so excited for the gala they were holding on the last day. I bought a dress on Hebeos 2 weeks on advance, and paid extra for the shipping so I can get there in 4 days. I ordered a 10 because I am a size 10. I am a teacher in the US so I have a limited income, I had to borrow money from my parents to buy the dress. Even though I paid extra for the dress to come early, the dress came four days BEFORE MY FLIGHT to New Orleans and the dress did not fit. Their dress size runs small and I had no time to get it altered. I ended up rushing to the mall that same day to BUY A NEW dress for the event. I also emailed Hebeos about returning my dress the SAME DAY. They told me to send the sizes to prove that it didn't fit, I did this. They told me to send images to show that the dress was still intact, I did. I only tried it on and took it off immediately because it did not fit. Then they told me that they were not going to give me refund as if I wore it. Their sizes run small, it does not fit, I never wore it for any event. They later insisted that it was my fault and not theirs, and gave me the worst attitude and customer service. They refused to be of assistance. They then told me that they would give me a 30% fee on the dress for dry cleaning, sanitation, and other stuff. BUT ALL I DID WAS TRY ON THE DRESS AND IT DID NOT FIT BECAUSE OF THEIR SIZE RUNS SMALL. This was the worst experience ever, and I am never shopping with them again. Please avoid this place because of how they treat their customers. I am begging you, do not buy a dress from them, because in case it does not fit right, or their sizes run very small, you will waste your money and they will not take the dress back. Plus, it is much better to shop for a dress in person because you will be able to try it on to see how it fits before you buy. Shopping with Hebeos, you'll be forced to buy a new dress from elsewhere and end up spending almost $500 instead of $250 on one dress. Now, I have to pay back my parents $500 because Hebeos refused to help me.

The Dress didn't fit properly and I ordered based on their size chart. The detail on the dress was very poorly done.

Website was easy to use, had hundreds of beautiful options and the ordering process was amazing!
