The dress is too big in some parts and too tight in others

Both dress were very pretty but did not fit properly

I need to return the dress it is too small. How do I go about this?

I fell in love with this beautiful gown. I wanted to have a Anniversary vow renewal. I couldn't get this gown out of my head. I ordered the dress and I was a little bit skeptical but I needed this dress. I was sent an email from them saying please send us your Measurements and I started to get a little afraid but I sent them those. I was told that I would receive my wedding dress on September 20, I started to get nervous but in true to their word on the 19 th of September I received the most gorgeous wedding dress that I have laid my eyes on… Thank you Hebeos for such a gorgeous gown and making me a very happy lady!

Easy! Looks like the photo! Shopping made easy. Homecoming dresses are for JR sizes mostly and not everyone is built to fit those those sizes. So many dresses so many options.

I had no issues. Ordering is easy and the items arrived quickly. The personal modifications I needed to my dress may not be needed for everyone. Thank you!

I'm not the only person in the bridal party who received the same. White threading to sew a champagne dress is ridiculous and the measurement it's like you guys just took my measurement and made a basic 18 size dress. I didn't choose that size because I'm not that size. My DDD Breasts need 2 more DDs to fit inside the dress I received

I ordered a dress from them, received a stinky raggy dress. Tried returning it and they refuse to refund. It's even months of going back and forth and they don't respond, they just give one word answers you go absolutely no where with them. I've lost 250 00. This company shouldn't even be allowed to advertise, all they do is ignore and refuse service. Horrible horrible situation. It's not worth the risk! Worst experience I have ever had. They don't honor what they call a return policy, even if you ho through paypal they can't do anything because you have to return it through tracking and to return to China is the same cost of dress and they won't pay for shipping. So basically you will not get your money back.

I received the wrong color dress, I was viewing the yellow dress and when I received the confirmation the image showed green dress. I thought it was error but it is what I received just not what I wanted or thought I purchased. How can I return it?

I was happy that my dress arrived but once I opened it and tried it on the color was not what it suppose to be and not to mention there was a needle still inside the dress.

Dress good quality. Did not come close to fitting. Shoulder way too big. Sleeves way too long.
