Was very easy to order, it's been delivered early so very pleased. Just find the sizes very small. The quality of my dress is very good.
Hi,my daughters prom dress looks realy nice.Colour is very bright,better when I was expecting.Material as well good,well made.Just maybe one concern I have as we took private measurements and the dress been shortened just in front not all around.But in total I would recommend to buy from hebeos,as it cheaper then in shops and dress are very nice with a nice quality.And also arrived in time how been written.

My dress came with ink stains all over it and it's taking forever to get a response
Easy order process and the dress was delivered sooner than expected.Happy with alterations made accurate to what was ordered. I was surprised the dress arrived in a small plastic bag very creased.The dress itself is lovely.
The dress I ordered was awful when i tried it on,looked like a sack of spuds really upset to say it was a wedding dress.emailed company to ask how I send back & get a refund to be told no refunds!
I used to measurements to know what size to order. I had even ordered a size smaller so it would have a tighter fit because it was supposed to be a tight fitting dress. The dress came in and was very loose fitting on me.
The dress on the whole is lovely. However the bust pads are too high. Will have to see if I can get someone to alter this. I paid £15 postage which I thought was a lot. When the dress came it was just in a small plastic bag. With how much it cost I would have thought some thought would have gone into how it arrived. Plus it was just left in the recycle bin. The material smells awful. I was really excited about the dress when I ordered it but I find myself very unhappy.
Overall good except delivery rather slow, would have preferred a faster standard delivery time
After numerous attempts, and given false tracking numbers, I realized my order was never shipped and you speak to bots on their "help desk" they have no phone number for customer service. This company needs to be shut down. Absolutely awful. I have been in contact with my credit card company for fraud dispute

They are very good with keeping you updated. I really highly recommend. The dress I ordered was so totally amazing. I ordered a size 18 which is a size up from me but it came so so small but totally my fault not there's as I didn't look at the size chart. Not realising I couldn't send it back. But the dress was totally stunning I've now ordered another one and I am now having it custom made. But anyone that reads this the dresses are amazing and so beautiful I really really recommend
