My son ordered and paid for 2 shirts. The shirts were delivered to the wrong house number and returned to the sender. Heaven Clothing simply says 'we can't help you any further'. That's nice and easy! My son now has no shirts and has lost his money. Pure theft!

Hello, in October of last year I bought in this store but it had another name. Normally she always changes her name, I met her through an ad on Instagram. The detail is that she does not have an Instagram account and that she placed her ad through Facebook. Their offer really was that good, and I didn't resist. I feel so silly.

A month passed, I wrote to them many times until they answered me and told me they changed their names. So I investigated, and their domain was hosted with Shoppify and I wrote to them that this page was stealing. They told me they were going to investigate and that they couldn't tell me more because it was confidential.
I wrote this review on other sites, until I get here. The sad thing is that people arrive after seeing bought and not before.

Hola, en octubre del año pasado compré en esta tienda pero tenía otro nombre. Normalmente siempre cambia de nombre, la conocí por un anuncio en Instagram. El detalle está en que no tiene cuenta de Instagram y que coloco su anuncio por medio de Facebook. Realmente su oferta eran tan buena, y no me resistí. Me siento tan tonta.

Paso un mes, les escribí muchas veces hasta que me contestaron y me dijeron que cambiaron de nombre. Entonces investigue, y su dominio estaba alojado con Shoppify y les escribi a ellos que esta pagina estaba robando. Me dijeron que iban a investigar y que no me podrían decir más porque era algo confidencial.
Yo escribí esta reseña en otros sitios, hasta ahora que llegue aquí. Lo triste es que las personas llegan después de ver comprado y no antes. Saludos

Goodday, I ordered a "Purge Mask" on the 2019/10/30 which was supposed to be on some kind of promotion so the item was 100% off and you just had to pay for about $10 for the shipping fee. So anyway, a little while later I get an email saying that my order had been shipped, so I was cool with that but after several weeks I was a bit suspicious as I hadn't received the order and I hadn't received any update from any courier or the store, themselves. So I go back to the email which they originally sent me saying that my order had been "Shipped" and I try to track it but it does not work at all and I now think that it is a scam. Months later I still haven't received any update from anyone and I still have not received my order and I now KNOW that this is a scam. I decided to just search and see what people say about this online store and every single review is completley negative, all of the reviews are claiming that they have been scammed and there where over 200 reviews saying they were scammed!

Please take down this store as they are scamming so many people.

So on October 2 I order two purge mask. As I am seeing in some of these reviews I have the same emails about switching suppliers and even had me download a app called arrive that says your order has been shipped. That was in November. It is now almost Christmas. Still now mask. I am sad that I ordered these and nothing. I have ordered stuff from them in the past and it was late but I got the item. If I ever get my mask I will update.

I am TRULY embarrassed by this, as I'm usually a more savvy online shopper, but it was late, & I had done things like this before & received my product, so I ordered the supposed "free" pet bed as well. I figured it was free, just paying shipping. Well, I ordered back in early September, have been messaging them now months, with no dog bed and almost no responses. I sent multiple emails & they responded to TWO. The last one was November 11th & this is December 7th. They were gong to forward it to the "appropriate department" & look into it. I knew a month ago this was a scam, but hoped otherwise. Always listen to that inner voice! (Mine screamed "TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE", but since I had done similar offers before & got the items, I figured it was ok, that this was a promotion to get people on their site to shop. (Often done as a way to draw traffic/customers) But That inner voice was right! I've seen this ad in SEVERAL games I play, (apps) & we ALL need to contact them so they stop running these ads to draw in more people. And report them ANYWHERE YOU CAN! Post on Twitter, Facebook, etc.

To all of you who were also scammed, PLEASE report them too! Report them to Shopify to close down their site!

Oh... and you can't post a photo of what you don't have. But I CAN post a photo of their last email to me! They're gonna be sorry they screwed me over!

Ordered mask Oct 2, multiple emails and still no mask or refund. They said in one reply they had changed suppliers and that they where backed up on orders and that they will send me a tracking # asap. Blah blah blah. In the most recent email they said they had to check into shipping department on why I haven't received my item. I work at Harbor Freight Tools DC and know how warehouses work. Do not order from them save your money..
