Im also impressed with all that I have read about your customer service, and while I hope I don't ever have to contact ya'll, if I do, I am sure I will be well taken care of. Not all items were shipped in the first shipment, nor was it indicated when ordering there was a back order on vinyl items but it did show back order on a stand. The second shipment although was only delayed a few days. Not sure about the Great Cut software. When loading it said I needed a voucher code. I am still looking for that in the documentation and emails from Heat Press Nation. I know they will help quickly but I am installing in the middle of the night so I cant call yet.
