I haven't gotten my vinyl yet... because you are so freaking slow to ship I had to order from somewhere else and I already have that vinyl.
UPS tracking says I won't get my package from you unit MONDAY.
You were $3 cheaper, but I won't shop with you again. I can understand a couple of days more for cheaper, but it will be at least 10 days from the time I ordered until I get my order. That is CRAZY in 2017. I get stuff from china quicker than that!

The packaging with the shipping has changed and I'm not a fan. I used to love that my vinyl came to me flat not rolled. Now it comes rolled in a smaller box. So I had to lay my vinyl out before I could use it. I hope this was a one time thing.

My first time shopping with you all...items arrived sooner than expected. I used them immediately and loved every piece/color!
Price is good when free shipping is factored in, but the wait for product to be shipped needs to be factored in when ordering don't order from here if you need your Siser Vinyl right away. Not told on the website that some of your items will be dropped shipped from Siser and not directly from you in a timely manor... It would not be an issue if the consumer was told this up front!
