I am very upset with UPS and you guys. UPS attempted to deliver two hours earlier than what they sent in the email. I calles UPS to find out that y'all put a restriction saying that it couldn't even be left at a UPS hub. I called you guys to see if it could be released and the person who I spoke to acted like he didn't understand what I was asking and kept repeating what I was asking without helping me. I finally told him that I would NEVER order from you guys again because he didn't help me. He laughed and said, "OK". I just spent almost $1000 with you guys and the rep waa not willing to help me. Therefore, I will purchase my supplies from another company.

Love the free shipping for orders over $35 I order siser all the time, this is by far the best pricing out there. I wished it would of still been free shipping when I was ordering a couple small tools that could have been thrown in the box, but still charged a shipping fee, so had to take them off.
The servive is incredible.
