Excited for press! When it arrived we set it up i read instructions and in a few minutes we were pressing shirts. I had been researching presses for a couple months and am so happy with my selection! It is worth the extra money to get a quality product.

When we received the press, the control panel was popped out and one of the circuit boards was laying in the box. We had to place that in the machine and pop the control panel in. Everything seems to be working.

I ordered early on a Friday and the products took over 6 days to arrive. The price was good, but for free shipping my business doesn't have the option to wait a whole week to receive products. I'm going back to my old supplier. Outside of the boxes being mangled the products were what was ordered, but this timing is a major drawback.
That's what I get for not trying them out prior to using them for a customer order.
Very poor communication on what ground shipping means and that all products ship from CA and not an east coast affiliate.

This is my sencond piece of equipment that I have ordered from this company. I brought a 26 by 24 heat press back in March of this year and it runs and work very well. This is good company and very helpful.
