I purchased Heatpress #1 [12x15 an 8-N-1] on July 24,2017 and it was delivered on July 31,2017 [MY BIRTHDAY]. It was delivered 1 week earlier than expected. I waited nearly 2 weeks to open it and met a learning curve when I did. I called HPN and waited 21 minutes on hold to speak with a technician for assistance. I spoke with Bryant who successfully walked me through the temps of setting the temperatures and getting the heatpress working. I now had a better understanding why I was on hold for so long. If they provide customer support, the way this was done - then the wait is worth it! He never rushed me due to other possible waiting calls. Thereafter, I met additional challenges - the heatpress was not applying heat properly to the garments. I made 3 Youtube videos showing failed attempts to heatpress an item and contacted HPN again. I was assisted by Kris/Chris who was amazing! He watched videos and was able to determine what the problem was. He asked me to make little videos on my cell phone showing the problem in order to see what the challenge I was meeting firsthand. He made videos and sent them to me demonstrating what I should be doing. Needless to say, I was able to follow his demonstration and instructions precisely! Weeks later, I was ready to move forward and order heatpress #2. My husband questioned, why go back to HPN when he was able to find the same size heatpress for 1/2 the cost online. Here was my 2 deciding factors: 1. Customer Support - this team was amazing and outstandingly provided customer support beyond measure! 2. The slide-out drawer feature on 16x24 Heatpress. So, even though the price was much more than those you may find on Amazon and ebay - the risk was too high to be stuck with a company who did not provide the hand-holding experience HPN provides. It was ordered on the night of Monday, September 25,2017 and DELIVERED on Wednesday, September 27,2017. VERY FAST SHIPPING! So even though you may be able to find others cheaper, keep in mind you get what you pay for! And I paid for a quality made heatpress [it is heavy as heck and not flimsy] and the overall service from the HPN team is what I need for a peace of mind in the long run! Plus the 1-year warranty that comes with their products. Hands down, Heatpress Nation is the way to go! If you are a business owner, do not hesitate to move forward with your purchase for a heatpress. If you are like me, making purchases are carefully done - especially with head-ache free companies! Heatpress Nation provides me with a peace of mind and further purchases from my company can be expected!
