Easy shopping experienceHPN always arrive in a week or less, well packed never any damage, and while the shipping seems a little high, the cost of the mugs (x 36/15oz Orca) still come out cheaper than any of their competitors... and very good customer service if you have a question or problem...

Overall service and product were great.

Would like to see less color change fees as I'd be much more likely to order more at times.
Maybe for the first two changes by then no fee.

Great quality press. If your looking for a press for sublimation drink ware, this is the one to get. I have had it for about a month and I have done many presses, this is a great machine! I love it.

It was easy no hassle when purchasing. Now i know if anything happens i have support and can purchase parts for my machine. I had a bad experience purchasing from eBay and Amazon no support for the sellers items or help. This was the best decision made to purchase from heatpress nation

This is my favorite place to get my sublimation paper. I order at least once or twice a month and they have great prices and a super fast turn around. The paper is a great weight and produces crisp beautiful pictures! Thank you!
