Easy so far
The vinyl came almost a week later than anticipated. I ordered from a different company and had the same vinyl in 2 days free shipping and a few dollars cheaper. I will be asking for a refund of the vinyl.

The products are amazing. I had issues getting the printer in a timely manner there was a lot of miscommunication. Overall I'm happy and will order again.
The heat press I ordered was exactly what I needed. I would have liked a dvd with it for instructions instead of the booklet. The videos I have found online aren't very helpful. But overall I figured out how to work it and it performs great with HTV that I use on T-shirts.
