I had to call to see when my heat press was going to be delivered, I was told I would receive an email when it was shipped. However I never received the email. Everything else was good.

The customer service was outstanding! Being new to sublimation, I had a few questions and they answered them all and I felt comfortable with my purchase. Will purchase from Heat Press Nation again!
I ordered this as I gift. It took over a month to receive my product. I had to purchase an alternate gift because this one didn't make it.
When the package did arrive- it came in a tiny box which was fine. I guess I was expecting it to be a little neater because of the time I had to wait to receive it; but the product was even folded in the box. It looked like a wrinkled old bed sheet just stuffed in. If I would have received my product in a timely manner- I maybe would have over looked it.
All was fine, But you folks need to improve your notification process when a product ships. We ordered the press and did not get any email from you folks that it shipped. It just showed up on our door step a few days later. Other than that all is good.
