I was shipped the wrong item. I had to wait to get all of the boxes in the shipment for it to be fixed and the correct items to be sent. I placed another order recently containing more black and white mugs and I am thinking we are having issues again. Not pleased about that.

It was FedEx they told me two days in a row that they were's going to be here but they didn't come so I called and they brought it out there then.

Great selection! The only thing that kept me from giving five stars is that a few of my vinyl sheets were damaged in shipping. They were slightly crushed and wrinkled along one side, but it wasn't so much that I couldn't still use the sheet of vinyl. I will definitely order again!

I ordered my heat press on a Friday night around 10:15pm. It was delivered to my house 3 days later. I plan on ordering a bigger one within the next few weeks. I very happy with the product
