I received all of my order on time all was great.

Good quality but I did find the same items at a cheaper price.

I had several questions about different products before purchasing. I called customer service a few times and they took the time to answer my questions and even sent me some pictures of things I was inquiring about. That helped me make the choice of product that I ordered. Great customer service. Knowledgeable and helpful.

Easy to shop once you figure out which machine to purchase. Too many products. I would like you to suggest a company to buy custom vinyl.

Shirts were just as expected. Great quality and fit!

The cap press is working out. Only downside is the lower portion of the press (padded part) doesn't mold to the caps very well. Otherwise it's great.

I was able to get what I wanted at a great price. I love the search feature. The time between placing my order & my order arrival time was not long at all.

Although I was satisfied with my purchase, it took forever to receive it. (2 weeks) Other than that, everything was great.
