I also ordered the SG400. The install kit was not included in the box as advertised. I had to wait a few days for a new one to be mailed out.
The heatpressnation sites is very user friendly and easy to find what your looking for. It has items listed by manufacturer and has a complete color sample of material. The materials specs and application information is conveniently located on the page. If you have questions you can call, email, or even chat with them.
Both units came fast and very happy using them

This heat press arrived broken and missing screws. I called the company to let them the know the condition the heat press was in when I received it and told them I would be sending it back for a refund. I also emailed pictures of the heat press to the company. Once they received the heat press, they gave me a partial refund. There is no logical reason for me to have received a partial refund when the company sent me a broken product. I called and spoke with a representative and they refused to help. I will never do business with this company again.

HPN is great. I would love them even more if they offered 12"wide rolls of HTV. Unfortunately they currently only offer 15"rolls

I am very pleased with heat press nation. Although my last order wasn't shipped for 3 days after I placed my order, but when I called back it was shipped quick. This was the first time I ever had that problem.
I purchased press that I believe UPS dropped and damaged so I returned but the ups driver would no pick it up unless I was outside waiting ups drivers was lazy but heat press team was great a very responsive to emails and phone calls
Everything I needed was all in one place and easy to find. Ordering was easy and quick to do. It was just a longer wait for delivery than I was expecting. Other than that I was very happy overall. The quality of the HTV I received was great! Will be ordering again!

I placed my order on Sept 3rd. At the time of my order the estimated delivery date said Sept 13th, which was a little bit longer than I anticipated, but ok. There was some sort of mix related to my order that took more than one call to get resolved. Although the products I received are good quality, and the customer service reps were very nice, I'm on the fence as to whether I will place another order.
