They've always had great service and a wide selection of all the products I've needed. Delivery times are great for in-stock items.
1st time purchase, cannot rate the product/service because it is a Christmas gift for my daughter. But I'm sure it will be on point.

My press arrived damaged, I called as soon as I unboxed it and HPN took care of it right away. They had ups pick up my press and a new one was on the way!
Great customer care
I never received any shipping information I contacted customer service about this and didn't get any response from customer service. I will not be ordering from here again due to the lack of customer service. I asked a simple question to which I didn't get any answer for.

Shipping seemed a little slow on both orders, but not a huge deal. (Also I'm probably just too dependent on amazon prime) Everything else, great!
