The site is easy to navigate, price are reasonable, the associate is so helpful but i gave a 4 stars because i was waiting in line for 22 mins and it keep saying i am first in line for 6 times. I hope in the future that they put more operator to answer the phone.
Beside the long hold on the phone, the product is very good compare to the HTV that i had before from the other vendors and i will definitely buy from them again.

Overall just great experience. Could not beat the price and the terms of payment anywhere else.
I ordered htv siser. The cut was awful. They resent a roll of white but not the black. The new roll is just as bad. I love the mug sublimation paper. Will continue to order that but never htv. I should've recieved a refund or even a discount code for next purchase. Considering I placed that order for my customer orders. My regular vinyl sheets were damaged, they did replace but it Took almost a month to replace. This was my first experience with ordering any type of vinyl and I'm pretty sure my last. :( sorry but this is an honest review.
