I ordered these heat press pillows because the price was very reasonable for what you get. They are well made & should help when pressing vinyl on t-shirts & other items that are not flat.
I was very disappointed with the customer service representatives that I talked with on the phone concerning my order. It took entirely too long for my order and even though it was already purchased and monies taken. I was still not satisfied with the order being shipped late which caused me to lose orders.
I ordered a refurbished product. The product came damaged which I think was a result of shipping. I called customer service as soon as I seen the product was damaged and within 10 minutes customer service had emailed me with directions for pickup/repair. I'm not sure if I received a whole new machine (refurbished) or if they repaired it that fast but within approx 2 weeks I had my heat press at my front door. It's worked great so far.
Been customer for over 5 yrs or so never had a problem. Very nice workers at site and on the phone.
Emailed for approximate order filled/shipping expectations as a new customer and received prompt response and met expectations on everything. Ordered one day before a similar order from a competitor who shipped slightly faster but we're having quality issues with one of their products and the slight delay could be postal/distance issue outside of your control. Your products have worked great for our projects. In comparison to competitor and overall direct experience with you- great job!
I would rather wait and receive all items at once as I pay 5.00 for each parcel delivery at the broker. This delivery cost an additional 10.00 as it came in 3 deliveries. Otherwise everything was good

Every time I order from Heat Press Nation has been a great experience and the staff is very helpful, and they answer any questions I have. Jeri is a great sales rep she rocks!
Product works great. Customer service not to be bothered over the weekend which is just pathetic if you run an online business. Since the shipments can't be sent out together and no heads up makes me never want to shop here again. It would take a great price to make me what to come back. I will not rely on you to do any delivery on time.

I had a wonderful experience ordering with Heat Press Nation. I called to ask about a heat press that was temporarily out of stock. They were able to tell me when I could expect to receive the press, even with it being back ordered. The press ended up coming earlier than expected. The only reason delivery time is not receiving 5 stars is because the Seattle area was hit by a snow storm and a few of my items were delivered prior to the snow storm and others were not, which meant waiting for over a week to receive them, which in turn held up projects. I'm not sure what that turnaround time would have looked liked without the storm, hence the 4 stars.
