The over all experience was great. The main issue that I experienced was the vinyl was not the specified dimension...I purchases vinyl that should have bee 5ydx 10in. I did notice that the vinyl was at least a half inch shy of 10 inches. This mat seem like a small variance, but it makes a huge difference when you are making bulk producta.

Quick delivery, and quickly rectify mistakes which is great because things can happen, but what matters is how you make them right.

Order was placed at 10:30am on a Friday Eastern Time but wasnt processed until the following Monday. Received the order the next Friday (7 days). Other than that, the price is great. May be willing to pay shipping elsewhere if the other company is closer.
