The support system very good

Order arrived quickly, however it was a two shipment order and they failed to inform me of that, so i had to call to get the issue rectified and wait an additional 2 days to receive my complete order.

Product as described.

I appreciated it when they call to let me know one of the items from my order was no longer available, and gave me the choice to cancel or keep the order. It was a great experience.

Heatpress Nation is awesome. Customer service is great and the people that help out with technical questions or help with printing something are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are local which is even better.

Chat was helpful...looking forward to getting my heat press on! The customer service is superb. Had a problem with the colors but they got me going and stayed on the phone until everything was where it needed to be. Customer service alone is what makes this the place to buy from...plus they have quality products!
