This store charges HST on its grocery products - a practice that is not permitted in Canada. It's unclear whether they are keeping this revenue or remitting it to the government. In any event, I found that I can purchase exactly the same products at other health food stores without having to pay HST. That's a 13% savings on all food products - so you'd be foolish to shop here!

One of the worst online shopping experience ever! The return process at local store is made hugely inconvenient comparing to competitions like Goodness me. There is a big disconnect between the store and the online purchase. It's been 18 days since I returned the product in store, called the customer service in between and I am STILL waiting for my refund! WIll not shop here again.

I really appreciated the variety Healthy Planet has, the combination of foods vitamins makeup beauty and toiletries makes this space a one stop shopping experience. The staff was really helpful and friendly and helped make choices gave suggestions and shared thier experiences with products. In the future I see myself making this my place of shopping for my healthy choices thank you.

Ordered online from the U.S. because American suppliers are out of my particular supplement, the manufacturer is Canadian, and Healthy Planet had some in stock. For CA$15, I was able to get "expedited" shipping from Ontario to the U.S. West Coast. My package arrived THREE DAYS later -- and I placed my order on a Saturday, so half that time was a weekend! I couldn't have gotten an online order of an in-stock supplement from a U.S. seller that quickly, even one just 50 miles away. I was stunned! The order was perfect -- well-packaged, correct items, as advertised. I don't know that all their U.S. shipping is this fast/cheap, but I will absolutely be considering them for future purchases. Highly recommend that other U.S. customers (and my Canadian 'neighbours') look to Healthy Planet as a potential supplement source. Thoroughly impressed.
