I live in South Africa and placed an order with HealthBuy in Sept but never received the goods after 4wks. They said they would re-ship order in October but another 31 days has passed and still no order. They charged me Insurance for the shipment but they can't trace the parcel? I paid over R1000 and get no feed back from them.
I am from South Africa. I ordered and paid for Garcinia Cambogia on the 19 August 2013. After not recieving until Oct 10,2013 they said they would reship. Still as at 29 October 2013 nothing. I have never recieved a tracking no. I have tried all email adresses but nothing seems to go thru. A R1,000 in my currency is a lot of money. Can anyone give me an email adress that works. I am still waiting for my order and it's 18 days now and no sign of delivery. I have twice re ordered b6t no reply. Whenever I call at *******9200 its keep ringing and seems they have caller ID and after few rings some auto answer is there which is at very low volume that you will not understand. I have lost $300
It has been 45 days and my order for revitol products has not arrived. I kept e-mailing them and I received only automatic reply for e-mails. I have asked for a reshipment twice since I paid for insurance and still products are not received. Websupporter always provide incorrect/fake tracking no. I tried calling their hotline and nobody answers. I asked for a refund and I got none.
They ripped me of 171.84 USD.
So unprofessional. Stay away from this site. It is totally a scam.

Holy S#@! I wish i read this, before purchasing my revitol, it is now over 15 days and my order hasn't arrive. I keep calling the websupportcenter but no one answering. They got me A$130.00 for the Revitol products.
If i could give -1 I would, they don't even deserve 1 star at all! Total rip off, stay well clear!
I ordered Thyromine for a 6 month supply and they told me for extra money I could get a lifetime supply. I ran out and then tried to call them. What a joke! I almost never got to talk to anyone and when I did they sent me 1 bottle and charged $16.95 to ship it. Never never again!
After being charged $99.95 on my bank statement for a "Free" trial of an anti-wrinkle product, I decided to complain to Revitol that they used false, deceptive, and misleading advertising. Their Return Policy statements and Agreements are massive and conflicting in verbiage. I will report Health Buy, Inc. (Revitol) not only to the Attorney General's Office, but to the Better Business Bureau. I will blog my complaints wherever possible, and I have also put a block on payment to Revitol. This organization is an utter scam and a disgrace to decent businesses.
Healthbuy.com is a COMPLETE SCAM. I attempted to order a 4 month supply of a product from them about a month or two ago. Every time I clicked to submit my order, the website said there was a problem with my card and to try again... so I did... 3 more times. I finally got an e-mail saying that my product was being shipped after my last try. Well instead of getting one order, they charged me for all 4 orders... 3 of which they told me did not work. So now I've paid them a grand total of almost $600... when I only meant to pay about $160. And, if that wasn't enough... I attempted to return the 3 orders that I didn't want. I followed their instructions and put all of the UNOPENED and UNUSED items back in the packages and sent them back. About a week later, I received an email saying my return request was denied... so I am now out about $450. My advice... NEVER ORDER FROM healthbuy.com.
HEALTHBUY.COM IS A RIP-OFF - These people are such a rip-off. I ordered a product from them on November 1. On November 3, my account was charged the $49.95 (the amount of the product) and the money was taken from my bank accout. Weeks went by and I never heard anything from them. I would try to call, but no luck ever getting through. On November 30, I contacted them by email to explain its been about a month and I have received absolutely nothing. They emailed me back to say that my prdouct would be shipped immediately. I check my bank account and notice that this company has charged me $99.90! They have charged me double the amount for what reason I have no idea. I have no idea how they justify this or why they did this. I am now out of $99.90 on TOP of the $49.95 that I previously spent, which they kept by the way. I'm out $150 and never even got my product! What's worst, is that I didn't have that extra money in my account, so my bank account is overdrawn for reasons not my fault. Those who have Bank of America know that I will now be charged $37.00 for every single day my account is overdrawn. I'm going to end up out of hundreds of dollars all because of these idiots! As you can imagine, I have emailed them some very nasty emails, have not heard back just yet. Please DO NOT order from these people! They are scammers!

Answer: I'm from Singapore and I waited over 1 mth for the arrival. The product did arrive & yes, the credit card episode is familiar to me and now I'm thinking of a refill (which they first gave me a 20% discount then reject me because of credit card error)... could someone please advice me which email address to enquire - one that I can 'hear' a response?
