I purchased a dress, it took about 2 weeks to arrive and honestly thank goodness because I found something else for my event while waiting. The quality for what I paid for this dress is awful. It's clearly overpriced SHEIN with no actual maker tag. It smelled so badly of a super glue scent I could barely even try it on… And it fits just as cheaply as it looks. I am so unbelievably disappointed that I tried this boutique out. What a waste of time and money. I attempted to make a return and apparently you can only return for in store credit, even though that isn't clearly stated in the return policy. I truly would never want another item from this boutique. I just want my money back.

The pants I ordered are not the same pants pictured. They are also made the cheapest material possible and came with a snag in them and threads hanging off of them. I was not allowed to return for a refund and am forced to purchased more garbage or donate my money to this shading company. DO NOT buy from them.

I purchased a custom sweatshirt to support my child's sports team from this company, in the colors of navy and gold. The product showed up and it was clearly purple and gold. I reached out to their customer service and was met with resistance and denial that the product was not as described. I actually tried to cancel the order twice before shipped and they ignored my communication and sent the faulty product regardless. I will never order from this boutique again. Horrible customer service, stand by your product. I've wasted $75 and will be donating the sweatshirt to Goodwill because it is a false description based on their website. Very unfortunate that they could not do the right thing and provide customer satisfaction. I was happy to receive a store credit, but was still not given that opportunity. This boutique experience has been extremely disappointing. Don't make the mistake that I did.

All the dresses I have purchased have been incredibly beautiful and the material is so soft. Would definitely recommend, and will purchase in the future.

Recently tried to purchase several items that were supposed to be 60% off the website has the code listed but when used the code won't work. Tara Lynn was very rude and condescending when I brought this to her attention. Very deceptive business practice.

I saw this beautiful mustard yellow, round hem sweater on their website. Loved it, had to have it. My shipping label was created immediately but this sweater wasn't sent for weeks. Then, I got the package finally and opened it up all excited-it was the wrong sweater. The sweater I recieved was more brown and was a high-low hem with slits up the side, and it has a very open neck so one shoulder peaks out. So I took several photos, sent an email-nothing. No response. Finally I fb messaged and got a response stating that the sweater I got was what they meant to send, but they had run out of the other sweater and this was what they had in stock and it "was basically the same thing besides the side slits". Never in my life have I had something like this happen, customer service be so blatantly disrespectful and dismissive. After this weird encounter, I started to look online for reviews and was not surprised to find many many other people with similar experiences. This business is SKETCHY.

I really really wanted to love this place. I purchased 3 shirts. 2 of which I LOVE. HOWEVER, I had a manufacturing issue with my 3rd item. I'd reached out to the company through their contact form, someone replied and asked for more info which I provided. They got back to me, AFTER I had made several attempts via their contact form for an update and resorted to posting a comment on their fb page. They said they'd reached out to their distributor for a replacement. Now I've been ghosted. I've been blocked from their fb page and they've been ignoring my attempts through their contact form- I'm sure I'm blocked from there too. I never once demanded a refund, or a replacement. I left that up to their judgement. They've been rude from the start. Not a pleasant experience whatsoever. I've never been treated so awfully after paying a chunk of money for something. If they'd just had a customer service phone number available I'm sure this wouldn't have progressed so negatively. But alas, here we are. Buyer beware and expect to get stuck with whatever you bought. Like it or not.

In the order confirmation email, there is this statement at the bottom, "If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at *******@taralynnsboutique.com." When you email them it sends an automated email saying "Emails that are sent not using the Contact Form are filtered out and not seen. To ensure your message is seen and answered, please use the contact form for all correspondence." Then you go to their Contact Form and you have to wait 5 business days for them to respond. I am still waiting for them to respond. The other thing that is frustrating is they won't refund your money at all if you want to return your item. They will only give you store credit. I will never buy from this boutique again.

I got my shirt today it came very quickly and it fits really well. This boutique has cute clothes for all body types.

I bought a beautiful dress as a first time buyer from this site. Cute stuff! Good prices, and fast delivery. I think it arrived in 3 days!
