Was told if the car was dropped in seattle by Wed. It lwould leave on the Sat boat. Drop car off on 5th of may did not leave seattle until the 15th. Which means we had to rent a car for two weeks.

I really liked the quickness of my car shipment. Only feature I hoped to have was to track it across the ocean, but since it was port-to-port it was not available.

They shipped to truck from California to Maui on time and zero problems!

It was very difficult to get in contact with anyone. My email and numerous phone calls went unanswered for days. In my frustration when someone did finally pick up the phone, she was very sassy and sarcastic instead of just apologizing and explaining the situation from the beginning. It could have been that easy.

I've made a change on my shipping date and would like a new confirmation please. It was set for Tuesday, May 19 and changed to Monday, May 1. I made the correction with Verizon.

I was also impressed with how quick and easy the entire process was. Within 12 hours my reservation was confirmed and my vehicle was picked up and delivered to the dock! I would highly recommend Hawaii Car Transport to anyone looking to ship their vehicle!

When I picked up my car at Kawaihae harbor on Hawaii Island it was covered with salt and salt water spots.I was told to hose it off when I got home.

Shipping on the Tacoma side was extremely professional. Receiving the vehicle in Maui was also very professional. I shipped a classic car and when I picked it up it had a layer of salt on it you could shovel off. I looked at the adjacent cars which were all clean and wondered why my car was so obviously exposed to more elements.

The security at the port was rude and disrespectful although you probably aren't responsible for them. Other then that I received great service for the most part.

There were no problems and delivered on ttime

Service was excellent. My windshield was cracked and I am working the issue with them.
