I was sick of going to the store, waiting for a clerk to unlock the razor case (locked to prevent theft of the overpriced razors) and get me an over-priced Gillette that would lost only two weeks. Harry's has solved all of those problems. And the customer service is beyond belief. Thanks Harry.
From the website, to the autoship feature, to the app for IOS, I am hooked. The products are amazing, all of them work great, my shave experience has never been better. Had to get my wife her own razor, gave one to my dad as well. I like the mystery gift option, because anything from Harry's would be great. Customer service is awesome and they stand behind their product.
The Razors seem to be ok with exceptions of rust that if you leave on a wet surface it will rust. I always put back into it container. I also have notice that some blades seem sharper then others.
Love Harry's - each of their products is well curated and perform terrific. Keep expanding the offerings! Love the new body wash!
The soap products are awesome! They lather up nicely and the smell great! Would highly recommend. I plan to order again.

Not a good product, seems more like a good beginner's razor for a young kid starting to shave. Brand new razor and had to go over my face multiple times and it still left a lot of stubble. It actually left my face sore and razor burned because it wldnt shave properly. The movement on the razors is too flimsy and the blades are subpar. You're better off spending a little more for Gillette or alot less for disposable razors, all of which will you give you a better shave than Harrys.

I shave in the shower I have been nicked before about 3 or 4 times over the last
40yrs. But Have Never been cut until I used Harry's! I have a Schick razor that stays in the shower all the time.The blades don't rust! Wife got me a Harry's and after 3 days the blades were rusting!
The Germans make a great automobile but their razor sucks.

I love the products, every single one, that I've gotten from Harry's. Everything smells so good, I wish they made more things that smell like shave gel, and everything is very high quality. The razor I have from them has a solid feel and I never get razor rash from the blades. Even the packaging was thoughtful, everything tells you to "give a shave" and recycle. I like it's direct yet relaxed tone, it's fresh and not so cookie cutter.

I can't stop touching my boyfriend's face ever since he started using Harry's! I don't know who loves Harry's more me or him! I wish they had products for women, because if my legs were as smooth as his face... game over.

I started using Harry's a couple years ago and I loved the razor but lately I have noticed my blades rust fast! I am a Laser Technician and I do Laser Hair Removal, so of course I have treated myself. Having said that, I don't shave my body a lot but I do shave my underarms everyday (just out of habit). Once I noticed the blades rusting quickly I started to dry my razor blade when I get out of the shower to see if that would help but no such luck.
I am super bummed out that I am going to have to start using a different razor because I always felt like I got a close shave. Oh well.

Cant fault them on presentation, fast shipping etc, but blade quality just isn't there. Tried for the first time today and it was like i was using a month old Gillette, dragged, couldn't get anywhere near a close shave and that's with a fresh blade.
We're always looking for ways to improve, and we're sorry to hear about your initial experience with our Blades, Cass. We’ve had some customers share similar feelings at first, only to tell us shortly there after that their shave drastically improved as they stuck with it. Sometimes it can help to experiment with the angle at which you're holding the blade, and the amount of pressure you're using (too much or too little). Of course, we appreciate you giving is a try. After 2 uses the razor rusted. One time use is not cost effective. Will not ever purchase again. I thought German made would have quality, I was wrong.

Great product. I am particularly lazy when it comes to shaving and have quite a tough beard. So when my razor arrived I thought it'd be a challenge but, no, a quick, easy and close shave in no time at all. I probably didn't follow the right 'shaving rules' but the job is done. More than happy with this product

I have been using Harry's razor blades for the last 5 years. The ONLY problem I have had with them is sometimes my order never shows up. But Harry's always sends me another set free of charge. I have never had these rust. I actually shave while I'; m in the shower and keep the razor in the shower; never had a problem. We gave my son-in-law a subscription to Harry's three years ago and he has continued to use Harry's ever since. I know other people who use Harry's exclusively and love them.

In fact, this is something we've heard before, but it's not generally the blades themselves, but rather the angle you hold them to your face and amount of pressure you use. As strange as it sounds, it's something that can take a few shaves to adjust, and if you change up both of those factors (angle/pressure) we think you'll soon find just how good of a shave you can get with us. I'm 65 years old and you presume to teach me how to shave? Do you suppose I'm some sort of robot with precise, repetitive, mechanical motion? Good grief. I'm pretty sure I would have figured it out within the first shave if there was anything to figure out.
Marketing Suggestion:
Don't patronize the customer. It's bad form and tends to piss them off. Then you get a nice little note explaining just how FUBAR you and your product really is
Quick service, great shave, great price what else can I say convert now men. This is now the way forward no more being exploited by Gillette and wilkinson.

Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.
Answer: Absolutely! There are lots of women who use our razors so we'd definitely encourage you to give them a try.
Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
