Like using PayPal, no fault of hardware world but the faucet advertised that it was designed for deep deck countertops but the sprayer shaft is too short for our granite countertops even though the other three pieces were long enough. We contacted moen. They are sending an extender piece.

10/14/2019 update: Customer service at hardwareworld.com took care of us and replaced some questionable 5/8" x 8" bolt hinges. We were able to finish the project on time. This is a respectable company with real people you can contact to straighten out any problems. We recommend hardwareworld.com and rate their service 5 stars. Their products are competitively priced.
