Straight forward. Accurate shipping quote was the key. Was doing a side by side comp with a competitor and their final shipping costs changed to be more. Why cant people just be honest? Thank you

Customer service was different as well. Didnt like the fact that I had to leave a message whic was returned faster than I expected. The rep was great but sounded like she was workin gin her kitchen!

Great experience. Went to two Home Depot\'s, one Lowes and two Ace Hardware stores. With very dismal luck. Some didn\'t even recognize the object even after I showed it to them. I measured mine and compares it to your product and BINGO. I could have saved a lot of time by coming to your web site first.

I bought 40 tubes of glue that were in boxes of 6 and those boxes were put in one big box. I think you could have saved some money in shipping if the glues were taken out of the six boxes and placed in a bag and then put in one box. The box would have been smaller and certainly would have weighed less which would have saved you some money in shipping. I suspect the box would have been half the size and at least 3 pounds less. Just a suggestion. I was very happy with everything else.

I could not add my home address for shipping

I could not add my home address for shipping. However I used PayPal to make my purchase and that may have been the reason for the difficulties with trying to change my shipping address. Their customer service contacted me about my shipping issue almost immediatly to resolve the issue. Finally I was surprised that hardwareworld. Com did not have free shipping. Most retailers now have free shipping. All and all I had a great experience with hardwareworld.com and their customer service staff.

Couldn\'t get these locally so decided to check out what was on line and lo and behold there they were. Thanks.

Sorry to say, I did find these items in our supply catalog after I had ordered at a little bit cheaper price. Still satisfied with the product and service, etc.
