It was very easy to find the product I was looking for (used the search bar). Also, best prices I could find either in-store or internet. Shipping estimates gave me an idea of my total overall cost. On final checkout, there was a slight price increase (by a few cents)--so shipping estimator is very accurate. Shipping information detailed and accurate. Everything arrived on-time and without damage. Wonderful experience. Thank you.

The only thing I dislike is the fact that you do not ship through the usps for shipping that is 1/2 the price. I had to pay 3x the price of the product for shipping.

My Order was a small order of about **-** dollars, but contained 2 items I needed in a speedy delivery time and paid for one day shipping which was the same cost as my total order if not more. I received everything in this order except these 2 particular items I needed in speedy time. I called and got no where for 2 days and left messages. By the 3rd day I was very angry with the customer service I was not receiving in regards to the missing items, so this message was not anywhere next to nice. On the fourth day I received a call from a women whom stated that they realized because of my messages the 2 items were missing and that they were ready to be shipped out the next day and for my troubles they would refund me for those 2 items, still waiting for that to happen. But I don't know if it will or not. But in the end and after getting now where when calling customer service and 4 days after, i received the items about 2 days after the lady called.

I was disappointed by not being told that i needed to order another part to operate this heater/fan/exhaust unit by the sales department other wise it should have shipped quicker for the $** shipping charges.
