I had to buy a new frame and did not need the risers after all and haven't decided if I am going to keep or send back. Since I have to pay for shipping, I need to check what the cost will be to me versus just keeping them

Great. I don't usually buy and give my credit card, much prefer to make a phone call. Your set up was great.

Good tracking with Fed Ex ground delivery. Good communication and follow up. Product construction is a bit flimsy (plastic used is not sturdy enough). Product works fine but on the slightly expensive side. Hardwareworld has comparatively low price.
